Simple things like picking up trash, removing broken lawn furniture, etc. Trash between the main house and the studio appears to have been there for quite awhile. The cooler provides on the deck was full to the brim with water. No idea if melted ice from use or ???? If the owner/manager would do the simple things this could be a 5 star property. "Maria was very helpful and let us check in early as it was a rainy day. We blew a fuse in the bathroom and she fixed it write away. "Rebecca’s place was wonderful. The apartment was incredibly clean, beautifully and creatively decorated with thought and style and the surrounding area was both quaint and picturesque. We spent Labor Day weekend there and experienced “Illuminattion Night” which was very cool. Rebecca made some great recommendations, and although it’s right next to a marina, it was incredibly quiet. We would love to stay again. "

The Sailboat Suite was very spacious and lots of great character. Positive reviews all around from our group. "This property is basically brand new- it was recently renovated and is very clean and furnished very nicely. Has all the beach gear you could need, and the kitchen is fully stocked. It’s super convenient to be in the downtown area for access to fun restaurants and shops. There were 6 of us- parents and 4 kids and we did not feel cramped at all. Check in process was quick and easy. Would definitely stay here again."
