El hotel está alejado de cualquier centro comercial o urbano y más del Downtown. Están haciendo restauración de algunas habitaciones y los pasillos estaban llenos de polvo. Nuestra habitación olía mal ya que al lado estaban trabajando y también entraba polvo.

We had a leak from the ceiling from the room above us, probably coming from the central air unit. For two nights it leaked.

We just needed a place to sleep, shower. Breakfast was okay. We were only there less than 12 hours. I was close to where we needed to be. No restaurant near. But several places only 3-4 miles away.

There was a mix up in my checkin and I was locked out of my first nights stay at 8:30am in the morning before it was a scheduled check out time!! The agent had a problem finding and locating my two day two room bookings!! This will be my last time staying at this hotel!!!

General cleanliness of the room was an issue, with cigarette burns in the comforter and stains in the tub. However, looking past that the room was spacious and the staff were wonderful people.

Service was terrible. Reserved a double queen and sent to a single. No elevator and room was on second floor. After dealing with front desk, got room with two double beds so needed a roll away. AC in room didn’t work. Back down to front desk, person bringing up roll away is supposed to fix AC waited forty minutes and still no relief. Back to front desk and new person who was clueless to situation. Asked for another room and there were none available. Packed up and went to another hotel.

The hotel was fine, and the staff was very friendly. Our specific room was adjacent to the sprinkler room, and a pump would go on every hour or so for a couple of minutes, shaking the wall and making sleeping quite impossible. Staff tried to find an alternative but was booked out (on the day of the eclipse). They should turn room 248 into storage; make sure you don't get it!

Room was not clean. Smashed bugs on the for heavens sake! The air/heat unit did not work. Staff was more worried about ending their shift than helping customer. Absolutely horrendous.

Hallways smelled of cigarette smoke and there were cords and equipment in hallways. The interior seemed very outdated and not the cleanest

I stayed here on the night of my birthday with a friend in room, I believe, 421. When we got there it seemed quite nice, to be honest. The person at the front desk did seem quite annoyed that we showed up early, but I can respect that. They were able to get us in our room, so no complaints there at all. (I do want to note that we called and said we would be early, but we were earlier than what she had expected.) The only thing that bothered me is that when we got there and went into the bathroom there were ants in the bathroom. My friend killed them and then we had left to go to our plans. We cane back and there were more ants. Again, we killed them. I woke up early to take a shower and ants were, once again, coming in from somewhere in the bathroom. I did not go up to the front desk, at that point I just wanted to leave. So, we just got breakfast and left. (I do know I could have mentioned it, but I am very anxious.) I don't expect much staying at a cheaper place, but I would hope that they would make sure things can't come in from outside. I hope this gets figured out in the future and people have a great day! Thank you!

Comfy and clean
Great hotel! The 1st room had some hair on the sheets so we asked to be moved to another room which they quickly did. The housekeepers did an excellent with the cleaning and gave us new towels on request. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The location was perfect because it is not too far away from St.Louis. The only complaint was a kid screaming in the middle of the night and two women screaming and cussing at each other during the day in the middle of the hallway. However, those are not problems of the hotel; just lack of good parenting and no respect and manners on the adults side. Cannot help it if riffraff pay for rooms there.

Easy and friendly check-in. Room very clean, comfortable, warm, quiet. Breakfast offerings a bit slim, but very clean breakfast area. Would stay here again. Good value for the price.
