"Very cute, clean, and perfectly situated cottage very close to all the restaurants etc. that High Springs has to offer. We especially enjoyed the back porch, cozy den, and the well-equipped kitchen. The only thing we wished had been different was if the backyard had been fully fenced. That said, we would definitely stay here again the next time we visit the area."

"1940's farm home that has been updated with modern amenities. Booked for the location to various springs, aesthetic of the home and property (e.g., oak tree canopy). The working ranch with young calves was a welcomed bonus. "

"The property was excellent. The area was dark but the property had just enough of lighting.. Found dirty dishes in dish washer and spider webs in back room storage. Other then those two the place was the perfect place! "

"Very close to springs and other attractions. Property was clean and very inviting on the inside. The beds were comfortable and the decor was very homey. Ample coffee and tea was provided and the kitchen was very equipped for cooking. Overall a really great way to enjoy the nearby springs. "
