This was a luxury stay. The villa was beautiful, the pool was well maintained, amenities were perfect. Room service was fast and great. The staff couldn't do enough for us go make sure our stay was amazing. The private shuttle was a bonus too.

We booked The Balé for the absolute privacy of the villas and their grounds and we couldn’t have been happier with how our stay turned out - total privacy assured and we weren’t overlooked in the least. Loved that breakfast can be served in your own villa and we took ample advantage of this. Staff are great about delivering endless buckets of ice and any other requirements. They’re also great about dealing with any issues as they arise. The courtesy shuttle was also a useful plus - they’re genuinely happy to take you to local destinations at the drop of a hat and to pick you up afterwards.

We had a wonderful stay at The Balé. What really sets it apart from the larger resorts is the exceptional personalised service. The team genuinely gets to know you and is always one step ahead. Their help with transport, reservations and local arrangements made everything so easy. We loved the spacious villa and private pool, delicious breakfasts and great coffee. A peaceful, personal experience that made our stay feel very special.

Ein wunderbares Erlebnis - die gesamte Anlage war sehr gepflegt und extrem privat. DIe Villa hatte eine perfekte Größe und einen wunderschönen Garten mit privatem Pool in dem man wirklich gut Bahnen ziehen konnte. Das Bett war sehr bequem - es gab 2x am Tag Reinigungsservice, der Roomservice war extrem schnell ! Das Essen im Faces und im Tapas war sehr lecker und schmackhaft, das Frühstück ebenfalls, kein Buffet sonder A la Carte. Der Geger Beach ist fussläufig (5 Minuten) erreichbar , das Hotel stellt tickets zur Verfügung. Ebenso einen shuttle service zum Bali Collection - Outdoor Markt. Das Personal war so freundlich und hilfsbereit, jeder kannte meinen Namen und man hat immer auch einen persönlichen Small Talk gehalten. Es war ein wunderbarer Urlaub !

Quite simply this was the best hotel my wife and I have ever stayed at. The hotel is small and personal without being claustrophobic. All the staff, of which there are many, are so friendly and helpful and went out of their way to make our stay so special. Everyone has a smile on their face. Well done to the management for maintaining such a positive attitude with their team. The architecture of the hotel is perfection. We loved our room. The food and drink are of a high standard and yet reasonably priced. I loved the ease of using the hotel app to communicate with front desk and room service. All our requests and questions were dealt with immediately and to our satisfaction. We stayed in a double room villa which was actually two separate identical villas sharing our own large private pool. We even had a sea view. Any negatives? Not really. One of the lights in our pool was out, the plug in the bath didn’t make a perfect seal so drained out slowly and the tapas bar was closed on a couple of the nights we were there. Did it spoil our holiday - not one bit. My only regret is that we didn’t stay longer.

The hotel was very clean and our 2 apt complex lovely. What I would note is the bright light from the streetlight outside our villa shone straight onto my pillow which meant I couldn’t sleep on that side. Also there is a large building site next door, which wasn’t noisy other than the odd truck going up and down - we hadn’t been told about the building works. But it was ok for us though it may get busier. Staff very helpful and lovely. Free shuttle to run you around Nusa Dua which was great. Beach club was nice. Breakfast and dinner was delicious and dinner was reasonably priced compared to the rest of Nusa Dua. Over all beautiful accommodation and service.

Was uns gefallen hat?? Einfach alles! Wir sind behandelt worden wie Könige, wir haben gegessen vom feinsten, wir habe die Sauberkeit genossen, wir sind überall hin gefahren und man hat uns einfach zugehört!!! Ein tolles Gefühl über die ganze Zeit!! Die Küche war ein Erlebnis!! Die Bedienung mehr als freundlich!!! Wir träumen davon dieses Hotel nochmal besuchen zu dürfen!!! Danke an alle!!!
