Práctico y con muchos detalles.
El hotel es cómodo porque está cruzando la calle del aeropuerto. El precio es elevado. Es limpio y tiene detalles en la habitación como zapatillas y albornoz. Se agradece que tenga maquina de café gratuita.

Hotel perfecto si tienes un vuelo muy temprano o llegas muy tarde, ya que esta al frente del aeropuerto.

Una gran habitación, para quedarse a vivir.
Increíble la calidad, limpieza y servicios de todo tipo de la gran habitación, con dos camas también muy grandes y muy cómodas. El baño era también muy grande y con todo lo necesario para su uso, tanto en bañera como en lavabo. Pero lo mejor fue el trato al entrar, con una chica amabilísima y simpática, que hizo todo lo que pudo por entenderse en español con nosotros. Si la habitación es de 10, ella es de 12. En la cena tardaron un poco en servir bebida, comida y cobrarnos, quizás porque estaba muy lleno. Cosa lógica por la calidad del hotel.

El acc hacia ruido porque el condensador estaba roto y no paraba de hacer ruidos de burbujas. Y el hitel lo sabia. Tubimos que reclamar y a las 00:00h de la noche nos cambiamos de habitacion. En recepcion conseguir que cojan el telefono cuando estas todavia de viaje, casi imposible, y cuando lo cojen y estan saturador te cuelgan. Buffe desayuno muy bien y el resto tambien bastante bien.

Situación enfrente de la terminal del Aeropuerto.
Hotel situado enfrente justo del aeropuerto de Nuremberg lo que facilita mucho cuando el vuelo llega tarde o sale temprano. Muy buenas instalaciones y excelente habitación (la nuestra disponía de cama con ajustes lumbares y dorsales con mando electrico). Recomendable.

Nuestro vuelo llegó con ligero retraso con lo que al tener reservado el hotel nos dirigimos a él, recorriendo escasamente 300 metros, hicimos el check in muy rápido y nos alojaron en unas habitaciones acordes a la categoría del hotel. Te daban de cortesía agua, posibilidad de tés o café y una chocolatina, aparte tenía minibar. Las cmas muy bien y el wifi funcionó sin problemas.

Excellent stay, Hotel Bar/ Restaurant service was spectacular. Only tiny complaint was upon check in, I asked if the underground parking was included with the room reservation and receptionist said it indeed was. Come checkout next day I was charged approximately 28 euro additionally for the overnight parking and clerk stated parking was not complimentary. Aside from that everything from the stay to the breakfast was great. Breakfast was supposed to start at 0440. Why was the cook barely cracking the eggs to start cooking them at that same time? I’m not sure either. Normally they should start prepping food much earlier to be ready BY opening time. Some of us had to rush breakfast to make our flight. But aside from those two things, overall was very enjoyable stay

Leider gab es weder zur Begrüßung noch kostenpflichtig im Kühlschrank eine Flasche Wasser. Die Parkmöglichkeiten sind gering und wenn die Garage voll ist dann wars so und sie bekommen € 60 Strafe weil der Platz gegenüber zum Flughafen gehört. Die Wurst beim Frühstück war leider nie frisch, hatte ständig Ränder.

Stayed night of 1st January. Arrived early so waited for check in at 3pm. Only upon check in were we advised that the both the bar and restaurant were closed due to a public holiday. But the sign at the restaurant entrance said closed due to staff sickness. Pinned to a board was a list of restaurants that would deliver food - or you could go to the airport. Airport was chosen. Only McDonalds! The rate was high and no reduction offered - just an upgrade to a superior room which included free Nespresso and mini bar. The mini bar was 1 beer, 1 small bottle of white wine, 1 water and 1 orange juice. The hotel advertises as 4 star. Really? A very bad experience and so sad that a chain I have used with pleasure previously has a property this poor and substandard.
