Servicio de comida en alberca cierra muy temprano. En el cuarto la ropa de cama y almohadas olían a humedad. Falta recolección de basura y bolsas para juntarla.

We absolutely loved our trip! Villa la Estancia was exactly what we wanted! Our condo was gorgeous and so spacious! Our family of 5 felt spoiled. It was exactly what we wanted. We loved having coffee and breakfast on our deck, looking out at the pool and beach and planning each day. The condo was clean and the kitchen was very fun to cook in. We had the best dinners in Bucerías and even went to Sayulita for an afternoon! The concierge were terrific! Nelsy made my dinner reservations every day! We will most definitely be back, maybe even next year!

Relaxing in La Estancia.

We returned to Villa La Estancia for a second visit and were not disappointed. At reception we were greeted with chilled glasses of sparkling wine and cold bottled water (very nice touch). The villa 1206 was very clean and Shelly provided all the instructions needed for us to relax and enjoy the resort. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Overall it was an excellent stay.

A beautiful villa in a beautiful resort

We have stayed at the Villas La Estancia resort a couple of times in the past and always enjoy the low-key atmosphere, amenities, and location. This is the first time in 1206 and we're glad to have selected this unit. It is tastefully decorated in updated Mexican motif and has all the modern conveniences that one could need. We'll look forward to staying here again on a future visit to the Nvo. Vallarta area.

A turn key vacation in beautiful setting!

We (two couples) had rented condos through VRBO before, and we always wanted to make sure that we understood check in procedures, etc. AT Villa La Estancia, it's like checking into a hotel, our luggage was taken to our room everything was explained fully, but the staff remained helpful for any additional questions we had. The only "cooking" we did was the occasional eggs and toast in the morning, or sandwiches at noon, as we ate at local restaurants each evening. (So many to choose from!) The condo itself was absolutely perfect for our situation, is nicely decorated, and conveniently located on the 2nd floor. The mini-mart is a short walk across the parking lot, which supplied us with our breakfast needs and liquid supplies. The market has water, beer, liquor, bread cheese, some meat selections, eggs and cleaning supplies. (No liquid dish soap however, which we purchased at an Oxxo in Bucerias). The condo itself is two separate units (A&B), which was great for us, as we could charge drinks and lunches at the pool separately to each A or B unit, which made settling the bill upon check out quite easy. We found nothing amiss, and hope to return next year!

Awesome Family Vacation!

Thank you so much for renting your amazing condo to us! We had an awesome vacation! Villa La Estancia is a very well-maintained resort. The grounds and pool were beautiful, the restaurants had great food, and the customer service was impeccable. Another thing we liked were the pool/beach attendants. No matter what time of day, they always found you loungers/chairs and would set them up with towels and umbrellas. So you never had to feel like you had to get up early in the morning to secure your chairs, like you need to do at other resorts. We will definitely be back!!! Thanks again.

Third time at Villa La Estancia, first time in this vacation villa...we'd definitely return.

This vacation villa was spacious and roomy for a family of six. It was extremely clean and well taken care of. The amenities in our villa were plenty: reliable internet/Wi-Fi, full kitchen, washer/dryer, everything you'd expect and more. The property has a first-class workout facility, multiple pools, multiple dining options and is located right on the beach. We aren't an "excursion" family and therefore most of our time is spent on the property. A full week of lounging by the pool, body surfing in the ocean, relaxing in the room, drinking coffee on the veranda, and treating ourselves to ice cream from the market (full service store on site) at night was the perfect way to spend our week. The kids wanted to parasail and were able to take off and land just a couple hundred yards from our resort. Plus, they borrowed boogie boards from the property when the waves were perfect. One of our most enjoyable evenings is taking a cab to Bucerias, dining just before sunset, and walking back along the beach to our villa as the sun sets and the tiki torches become more visible from our resort. It's about a 35-40 minute walk and it's the most peaceful finish to a wonderful day. I've already recommended this villa and this resort to a friend and I haven't been home for more than 48 hours. Communicating with the owners was always quick and easy and my damage deposit is already back in my account. Wonderful experience.

fantastic location and wonderful property

What a wonderful property - the unit was perfect for our family of 4. It's large, with lots of space to spread out. The resort is immaculate and the staff is very helpful. The owners were wonderful to work with. They went above and beyond to answer all of our questions and offer helpful tips. We highly recommend this property!

Villa La Estancia in Nuevo Vallarta is a Beautiful Resort!

We stayed for 13 nights in February and loved this gorgeous resort! The pool staff are very helpful and courteous, led by Oscar! They made sure your group had lounge chairs in the sun and/or shade as preferred. The concierge staff was also excellent, even calling to book restaurant reservations, while our taxi was arriving. The taxi drivers were all very courteous and professional. Free unlimited resort WiFi was also a luxury. The gardens are beautiful and everything is extremely clean and well kept. We really loved walking along the expansive stretches of sandy beach in both directions! Next door is the beautiful sister property, Villa Del Palmar Flamingos, which La Estancia guests are welcome to use. Charges can just be signed to your room. We went there for the Monday Mexican Fiesta and Thursday Beach Party where the food, drinks, service and entertainment are awesome! We also went over for Water Aerobics and Pool Volleyball; towels are provided. We went to Bucerias, an 85 Pesos ten minute taxi ride, to enjoy the wide variety of restaurants. We found all of the food to be excellent and water/ice safe. We walked there along the beach as well. The Mega store was great for groceries and a quick 5 min taxi ride for 60 Pesos. The unit was wonderful! We really liked the second floor as it was just a flight of stairs rather than waiting for an elevator. There are pleasant fountains nearby and you can still hear the waves crashing at night. The walls are very soundproofed and we never heard other guests. The owners provide Internet in the unit which is great. Nice to have the extra bathroom and washer/dryer off the spacious main living area. The owners are very responsive to any questions and requests. We will definitely be returning to this top quality location!

Clean & quiet

We paid more than we ever have but got more than we ever have. Everything was immaculate and up to date. The little things that bother you at all resorts did not exist here. The entire resort and these units are of high quality and allow for a very peaceful, relaxing & quiet holiday.

fantastic family vacation

thank you for sharing your vacation home! it was the perfect fit for me and my boys. plenty of space, amenities (kitchen, washer/dryer, multiple bathrooms) were more than we needed and such a treat. great location on the property, property overall was easy and relaxing. great access to pool and beach. weather and accommodations were all perfection. would love to come again!
