Master bedroom is very spacious with private full bathroom, king size bed.

Guest room has 2 matrimonial beds, and 1 we can install a single bed also by request and attached full bathroom. There is also a desk and chair in this room if you need a space to work.

Living room we can install another single bed to give you 6 person sleeping option

***Notice, every Saturday between 10AM-11:30AM AM the gardener by the name of Felix will come to water and fertilize and take care of the plants inside and outside. He will knock on the door, if you do not answer he has the code and he will come in and do his job to take care of the plans and then leave. He only speaks Spanish.
We also have notices posted in the property about this weekly service.

Guest Access:
We meet you at the property, check you in, give you access, collect your refundable security deposit, and introduce you to the property. We also meet you at the property and check you out, do an inspection and hand you back your security deposit.

We had to include a restaurant located in PV! We found El Dorado wandering around the beautiful city of Puerto Vallarta and I am so glad that we did. Brunch, lunch, dinner all while looking at the ocean and sites of PV. You can take an Uber or car service to the restaurant from our home.

Sayulita
Located about a hour from Nuevo Vallarta, is the quaint town of Sayulita. Dining, shopping and beautiful beaches. Well worth the trip to explore the streets of Sayulita.

Bucerias
Bucerias is a neighboring town to Nuevo Vallarta. Feeling motivated? Walk the beach to the North and you will run right into it. A wonderful town with friendly people, shopping and lots of restaurant options.

Puerto Vallarta

Getting Around:
For getting around download the Uber app, and drivers can pick you up and drop you off at the house or anywhere for cheap! You can also do the same with Indriver app. You will also find private driver options on your registration form, and on the welcome iPad in the unit for hire. Local Taxi service is also an option, or public bus service, but these are more challenging to us vs applications on your phone.
