Many changes

I’ve stayed at Marina residences many times over the last 20 years. Lots of changes. The direct access to the mall has been closed. Many of the mall businesses were vacant. The public boat ramp is very busy with noise from back up tractor each am. The DMV now is right nextdoor

Very comfortable, very clean unit with large balcony overlooking river and marina area...found all cookware and utensils I could possibly need (only suggestion...time to change the teflon pots and pans!)...really appreciated the fridge filtered water and ice, tasted so good! All staff are incredibly helpful and friendly....

Great Condo!

We are frequent visitors to the Paradise Village area, and this was our first time in the Marina Residences. The condo setup was eactly as shown in the pictures, very accurate and very quiet. The kitchen was stocked with everything you need, and then some. There we some spices and oil above the stove which was nice to have. There were also some dishwasher tablets beneath the kitchen sink. We have been so conditioned to bring out ow supplies it was refreshing to see the condo already had it all. Our children loved the Wifi speed, which registered over 100 Mbps throughout the condo. We also took advantage of the Social Membership and getting the cards was easy. We picked the membership cards at the Beach Club, and the office is just to the right of where you get beach towels. We spent every day at the Beach Club and worked out in the afternoons at the El Tigre fitness center. I was skeptical about staying somewhere new, but I'm glad we did. It was a near-perfect vacation for us!! I have no doubt we will be returning visitors to the condo.

Clean, private, and wonderful condo complex

Everything at this location was great. Accessibility to all sorts of shopping as well as the marina within a one minute walk. Condo was very clean and comfortable. Staff was very nice and helpful. Pool area is quiet and well maintained. Condo complex is in a very private corner of the Nuevo Vallarta marina. Definitely a place i would love to stay at again.

Very nice stay!

Very nice stay in the heart of Nuevo vallarta! Only complaint is that the mattresses could maybe be replaced with new firmer ones. Otherwise… perfect!

Very nice Condo

The property and surrounding area is excellent. One minor flow was the tv in the bedroom in old and we could not get it to work. The beach access and sports facilities are 15 to 20 walks away. Everything else was very close and convenient; shopping, restaurants etc.

Staying 4 months at the marina residence

We stayed for 4 months at the condo. The property is in great shape, the grounds keepers keep the place spotless. The condo was in a very convenient area to get around. We had no real need to rent a car, as uber and taxis were a 2 minute walk away. The condo itself was in good shape, maid service came in weekly and changed bedding and towels and mopped the floors. We would definitely recommend it to anyone.

Perfect in Every Way

If you want the perfect condo in the best location in Nuevo Vallarta, this is it! The owner makes every effort to insure your comfort and pleasure. My wife and I were privileged to enjoy this condo for seven weeks in January and February 2019. This was our second extended stay in this condo and we could not be more pleased. The addition of the Sports Package was the icing on the cake and really added to our enjoyment. The adjacent shopping mall provides easy access to a variety of shops, restaurants and a fully stocked grocery store. Transportation to nearby attractions and to Puerto Vallarta via bus or taxi is available just outside mall. The condo management team is superb as well. This condo has the highest recommendation from a couple thathave been vacationing in Nuevo Vallarta and Puerto Vallarta for 25 years.

In speaking with the Marina Residences managers our impression was confirmed that Karen’s is one of the most well appointed and cared for unit and that she is a conscientious owner always looking to please her renters. Best Stay ever

Pto Vallarta is a great place to spend vacations. We stay for 28 days, 3 Adults and 3 kids, the location is perfect, a mall across the parking lot make it very easy to get food if you don't want to cook, several restaurants options plus fast food and supermarket (Steps away). The best part really is the location. You can access public transportation and you can go to Walmart, Cinemas, Pto Vallarta and other beaches away like Bucerias, Manzanilla, Sayulita. So be assured that you may not need a car, we didn't rent one. Public access to the beach is difficult in Nuevo Vallarta so take the Beach Club membership option is strongly suggested especially with Kids you will find it fun. At the beach club, The Beach is great, the pool and the restaurant and the prices are very reasonable ($2 +/- a beer a Cheeseburger with fries $5 +/- ). The weekly pass is not expensive at all. The 7 days pass cost for a week will be the same price for only one day pass in any other beach club. If you don't take it you will end up using other beach club passes more expensive. The apartment is very well maintained, beds are comfortable and you can find all you need in the kitchen and more. The wifi is a plus, I used for work and speed is good, all adults and kids have connected no problem. The pool and the common areas are also well maintained, all the personal (Security and admins) treat you with respect and very friendly. Karen the owner is very responsive to all our inquiries, the instructions are clear and she was always helpful with all the question we asked (and we asked a lot) For day tours to any place like Marietas, Arcos etc there is a kiosk in the corner on the street of Paradise Hotel and the prices are the best compared to any other places, don't forget to ask for a discount. All resort will try to invite you for a tour to check out the facilities to sell you a timeshare in exchange for a free something (tour, cash, car rental, etc). It will be your choice, we didn't do it. In General, we recommend Karen's place great stay, great with kids and Seniors.

Beautiful and relaxing.

This place was perfect. One bedroom with King bed and on suite bathroom, and another with two fulls. Had everything we needed to cook, and the place was immaculate. The owner was very accommodating with a couple of date changes we had to make, as we were scheduling around a regatta. Perfect home base for about 3 weeks. Next time we are in Nuevo Vallarta, we'll be staying here again. -Brian

Nuevo Paradise

Our stay in "Paradise" may have been at "Marina Residences", but it is located adjacent to Paradise Resort and also Paradise Shopping Mall. The mall has a great little market, restaurants, hair and nail salons and a few shops with Mexican clothing or shoes. The condo could not be in a better location. This suite has a view of the marina and the Yacht club building (some very noisy renovations on-goimg, hopefully soon done!). Karen has everything you need in the suite from towels to dishes, to wifi. And we took advantage of the El Tigre social membership as we are pickleball players. There is only one concern we had and that was the need for a walk in shower in the master bathroom, oh there is a bathtub and shower but it is a beast to get into! I am certain that will come in time as these suites are beautiful and certainly have great potential. But there are two full bathrooms and one does have a stand up shower. We would recommend this condo and this location and yes...we will be back to Nuevo! Our stay was during the month of January 2017.

Superb in Every Respect

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our two month stay in this spacious and comfortable condo with a great view of the Yacht Club and Paradise Village Marina. The amenities provided by the owner and the condo association only added to the attractiveness of this two bedroom condo. The property and the grounds are beautifully maintained, the pool is delightful and there is no hesitation by the management to assist the occupants in their enjoyment of the facility and nearby attractions. The adjacent shopping mall is filled with specialty stores and restaurant opportunities as well as a full service grocery store with well stocked shelves. Transportation to nearby attractions or into Puerto Vallarta by taxi or bus is readily available in front of the mall. All in all this is a suberb condo in a superb location. Highly recommended!

Perfect location for a perfect vacation!

We loved our vacation in Nuevo Vallarta and found Karen's marina condo to be everything as described and all our family needed for a perfect stay! We enjoyed the beautiful view of the marina and mountains from our balcony and watched the sun rise every day during our morning coffee. The condo is quite spacious, clean and very comfortable; the added convenience of a dishwasher, washer & dryer were very welcome including the grill area by the pool. The supermarket and mall is located right next to the Marina Residence, making it an ideal location. We enjoyed the quiet pool and it was only a short walk to the amazing beach. The staff and security were always very friendly and helpful whenever we had questions. We had a wonderful vacation and will plan to stay longer next time....we look forward to coming back and staying at Karen's marina condo! Many thanks, B&J

Nice,clean and with many extras.

The location is excellent, in a few steps we were right where the water taxi is parked. The condo had everything that a family might need,and more, the books, the games,radio,tv's etc.... am greatfull cause it rained pretty much all the time we stayed there, no one controls the weather so we used a lot of the amenities in the condo making the staying enjoyable. A shopping center with a small market where we found all we needed with all kinds of foods, and it's right next to the parking lot. The people there were great, friendly and helpful. In a few words I would definitely go back and would recommend it to friends and family. Thanks so much Karen for sharing your place with me and my family.
