Great stay - Bad experience!

Very Poorly cleaned!! King Mattress satined, mini splits blowing dust at the beginning, carpets stained, sofa bed had molded cookies inside, hairs left in shower drain, crumbs in fridge and blood in freezer, basically everything that was left for use was molded or full of dust, I had to do my self a full clean at the apartment before we could actually enjoy the stay. I even asked for extra cleanse days right before arriving and offered paying extra for the service and the manager said it wasn’t necessary, when We arrived there was an ant problem in the kitchen, after I reported the problem she said that the next working day they would come and fumigate from 9-12 am - they never arrived and we stayed 30 days! There were sinks dripping water from the bottom with mold, also never fixed, Basically never bothered by property manager - I don’t know if that was a good experience because she just wasn’t attentive with our month stay! And never seemed to be worried after reporting everything I mentioned before, and no apology ether. It’s a great apartment with a great view - just had a bad service.

Disappointed

PROS: Great balcony, good views, close to do a day trip to Sayulita (staying there next time) Renovated, but doesn't feel brand new. CONS: I planned a family trip for my mother and sister, and they couldn't make it out of Canada due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Owners were very unsympathetic. Other owners in the same complex allowed a credit to renters for next year. These owners refused. I ended up spending only 5 of the 7 days in a 3-bedroom condo by myself because I got there late due to travel restrictions and couldn't afford to lose all that vacation money I saved for over a year. My travel insurance didn't cover COVID-19. I had a horrible, un-relaxing vacation as I spent most of it rebooking my return travel and worrying the whole time about getting back out of the country. To be fair, owners are very clear about no refunds in their contract, but this was a once-in-a-lifetime global occurrence. Good-will is being extended by people across the globe but the owners of this condo, who admitted that they are successfully owners of multiple vacation properties, were unable to find it in their conscience do the right thing. BEWARE. --Hot water took forever each day to heat up and never got hot --TV was fuzzy and b/w in bedroom , and remotes didn't work --You can't eat at the hotel restaurants unless you pay for an all-inclusive "day pass" which is very expensive --Not a lot of food options nearby, as many were closed

Wide Open Spaces

We walked up and down the beach looking at the amenities for other complexes. The others are certainly nice but they were packed with people. That was not the case at all with this place. You felt like you had room to breathe and stretch your legs. I absolutely recommend it.

The property is very well designed and very well maintained with quality furniture. We loved the size of the deck and spent many hours looking out at the beautiful ocean view.Look forward to spending time in this same unit in the future.

The condo is beautifully decorated, well supplied and has a great view! The modern design and renovations are exceptional; and add to the stay. The beach and 4 pools are perfect for families.

Great condo in a fabulous beachfront location!

We highly recommend staying in this condo! It’s nicely updated and has an amazing view of the ocean/sunset! We had the property manager pick us up from the airport as well as pick up groceries beforehand. The condo had beach towels and boogie boards for us to use, which we did daily. The beach bar for the residents had everything we needed for lunch and had a cheap Happy Hour! The condo was located across from a great walking path we took to Starbucks and breakfast each morning. We would definitely stay here again!

Nice property. It's clean and quiet with a very pretty view from the patio.

The kitchen is modern but a bit small when more than one or two people are cooking. The master bath doesn't have the privacy I prefer but my wife didn't mind so much. There are so many great restaurants within a hundred peso taxi ride I can't list them all. WiFi works great so communication is easy.

Great condo on a beautiful property

We had a fantastic stay! The condo has everything we needed for our stay, and everything was very nice. It is pretty much as described, modern, amazing view, comfortable beds, nice towels (bath and beach), etc. Very convenient that there is a washer/dryer in the unit, and the kitchen had what we needed. Instructions were clear and the binder on the coffee table in the living room had some nice recommendations. Claudia was very helpful and also very responsive and professional. It's a fun place. One evening there was a band playing down by the pool and my husband and I went down and listened and danced a bit.

Loved our stay

Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us! We loved our stay at the Nuevo Vallarta property! Weather was perfect (thanksgiving week), food nearby was delicious, and condo was amazing. We enjoyed borrowing the boogie boards and spending the evening enjoying the waves. Beds are very comfortable and the home is impecable. It took us a little to figure out the warm water situation, but the information binder in the living room helped a lot! Didn’t have the best experience at the oceana restaurant in the property, but nearby restaurants were great. We would definitely stay again at this property.

I'd definitely book this condo again !

We arrived in Nuevo for our daughters wedding being held in Bucerias. We were very pleasantly surprised when entering this condo. Spacious , immaculate, well decorated and a balcony view that is breathtaking at sunset ! Claudia was very helpful with all inquires pertaining to our stay and Oscar was punctual for arrival to and from the airport. Many conveniences in the resort compound.Restaurants , casinos, coffee shops, ect. Very safe area to walk at night.Gorgeous beaches ! Please check out Fajita Republic for a FANTASTIC dinner ! Walking distance from condo. Our daughters wedding was at Martoca Beach Gardens and it was absolutely perfecto ! We will hold the wedding and the trip near and dear to our heart for a lifetime of amazing memories. This condo and its wonderful surroundings is a MUST if traveling to Puerto Vallarta . Thank you Al and Jill for the great lodging !

stunning condo #362A

The condo is stunning and maintained perfectly. It is one of the only ones in the complex with a full kitchen; having a convection oven, stove top, stainless fridge, dishwasher and many other well equipped kitchen features due to the extensive renovations done 2 years ago. It is also a brilliant idea to have moved the washer/dryer to the back bathroom where it is vented properly outside, to avoid condensation, heat and risk from the apartment. both Master bedrooms are King, with new mattresses and duvets. There were 8 new pillows just added to maintain the freshness and newness of the bedding. The living room area is gorgeous and has very tasteful and modern furnishings The deck has a huge dining table for 4 with new cushions and a lounger plus a Weber bbq. The t.v's are flat screen and the bedroom t.v is a Smart t.v with Netflicks, there is a free phone in the condo to call USA and Canada- a feature not many other condos have. View is amazing. This condo is carefully maintained and worth every penny.

Best Family Vacation !!!!!

We love taking our kids to Nuevo Vallarta, Mexico every year and we LOVE renting from Jill and Al because their condos are beautiful, modern and so comfortable! Claudia, the property manager, is so kind and so helpful! She picked us up from the airport, made sure all of our grocery items were in the condo before we arrived and she took us back to the airport at the end of our vacation. Villa Magna is an amazing condo complex that is family friendly with amazing pools and a safe and fun beach! There are tons of delicious restaurants in walking distance too! I highly recommend you rent this condo or any condo owned by Jill & Al Forster !

More than Expected

We had a excellent time at 362A Villa Magna with the pools, local eateries and all inclusive next door we really enjoyed the location. Especially the Mexican people who where so accommodating and friendly it made our stay even better. We also felt very safe travelling outside the resort to may other locations freely enjoying the culture. The condo was very homy and we felt so relaxed in the environment it was sad to leave. I would recommend it to anyone.

SIMPLY PERFECT

Couldn't have been better. The condo is beautiful. The views are amazing and the balcony is huge. I like that the owners put a little thought and money into the furnishings. Beautifully decorated, nice couches, beds, kitchenware, appliances, etc. Property was well stocked with anything you could need, except for food of course. Good wireless connection . I would definitely rent this property again. In the morning the pools and grounds were spotless. Very kind staff and it felt secure and safe for me and my family.

The Villa Magna condo is a very nice and comfortable place to enjoy all what Puerto Vallarta has to offer. Rooms are nicely decorated, kitchen with all you may need to prepare some meals. Close to restaurants. My very favorite place is the balcony , the views are amazing! Claudia was very helpful and provide us with the transportation to/from the airport.

BEST VACATION CONDO in Nuevo Vallarta!!!

We had the most amazing family vacation at Villa Magna!!! The view of the ocean from the balcony is breathtaking!!!! The 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms are beautiful and modern. Our daughters were so excited to use the boogie boards that were in the condo closet. They boogie boarded every day and they had a blast swimming in the pools and jacuzzi!! We loved the safety of the property and the security at the gate to the Condo. We did not rent a car. It was easy to jump in a safe and clean taxi when we wanted to try a restaurant or visit Bucerías. We arranged to have Claudia (the friendly, knowledgeable and super kind property manager) pick us up from the Airport and she also dropped us off at the Airport when it was time for us to leave Nuevo Vallarta. I emailed Claudia before our arrival with a list of groceries and she made sure that all of the items were in the fridge before we arrived. It was such an easy and relaxing way to arrive & begin our vacation. Claudia recommended a bunch of restaurants and we tried all of them!! The food in Nuevo Vallarta is DELICIOUS!!!!!!! Thanks so much for letting us rent this gorgeous condo for our Family Spring Break Vacation!! We look forward to our next trip to Nuevo Vallarta!!!
