The view from the balcony was incredible and the pool was very clean. There always was a pool chair available. The washer and dryer was nice to have. There was a table with four chairs on the deck to play games or have your dinner. Beautiful place to watch the incredible PV sunsets every evening. The tv stopped working half way through, but we dont watch a lot of it while on vacation.Vacasa and Carlos were easy to get a hold of. Thank you for a wonderful vacation.

A beautiful quiet place

The place is located in a very nice area and the apartament building is very beautiful and very well cared for, very clean. It is not new but they do a very good job caring for it.The beach is amazing in this area, you can get in the ocean and the sand is beautiful as well, no rocks and the best part, it is a few steps from the building! There is a couple of palapas by the beach that belong to this building and it is a rope around them so people (vendors) don't come to bother you.The common areas for the building are very quiet and they want them to stay quiet, since this is not a hotel, but people live there. There is a hotel next door that has an outdoor bar and music and you can order drinks from there and just have a great day at the beach.I went with my husband and we met my sister in law there who stayed with us. The space was plenty for the 3 of us and we could have one more person without a problem. The administration of the building is very firm about guests and to keep the place quiet for the people that lives there but they are nice about it.The administrator for the apartment, in this case it was Carlo, was always available to be reached and ready to help with any request we had. The only one thing we found in the apartment that didn't work, but was ready to be fixed, was one of the showers had a broken part and Carlo had someone coming to fix it. We just used one shower and didn't have any other problem. I can't recommend this place enough!

Great pool and view (Mar ‘25)

Pool and deck area plus great sunset views made up for smaller issues in the condo itself. We couldn’t find relatively close grocery stores and would be more of an issue if we stayed longer and wanted to buy food to cook versus us going out to great little restaurants close by.

Good location but poor communication and unresolved maintenance issues

Location, view and neighborhood are all good.Check in awkward. Vacasa provided code for lockbox on unit door but not for building entrance door. Cleaning staff person noticed us after 10 minutes and let us in. Unit entry door out of alignment and scrapes floor when opened and makes loud scraping noise in order to enter. A very unexpected issue in a well located condo. Vacasa sent local staff who looked at the door and explained that it would be fixed after we left. A ridiculous response. There were multiple light bulbs burned out in each of two bathrooms, leaving them dim and depressing. We again repeatedly complained to Vacasa and local staff who told us the bulbs were an unusual type not readily available and that they would be replaced after we left. Again, ridiculous. For the entirety of our 17 day stay we had inadequate hot water in the unit. The water took 3 minutes at least to warm up and then produced 1-5 minutes of hot water before turning cold. For a shower the average was about 2-3 minutes of hot water. We were forced to take 2-3 minute showers. We notified Vacasa daily about this issue and despite assurances they were concerned nothing was done to correct it. A local staff person told us the hot water heater was too small for the unit but said nothing could be done unless the owner was willing to replace it. Both bathrooms also had a sour sewer-like odor. Unpleasant. Bottom line, this was the worst experience in 15 years of rentinUnit needs a deep clean.

List of items that need improvement; but we loved the unit’s location, view, and amenities.

The first review on Vacasa is accurate, but here is a list of items we feel need attention: water filter under sink appears to be expired; front door is scraping on the floor; carpet under the coffee table in living area is extremely dirty and stained; set of non-stick frying pans is flaking and we scrubbed them, under surface is exposed; drains are clogged with hair; shower head clogged with mineral residues; glass carafe for blender was cracked; we replaced it for 22.00 at Walmart; ceiling lights are flickering; only one of ceiling fans in dining/living area seems to be working; pull-string mechanism for vertical blinds in living area is not functioning properly; sliding doors to patios are very difficult to move on their tracks. See Vacasa review for our review that is very positive about the comfort, location, and amenities.
