Thank you for staying with us. We are really sorry for the inconvenience. What you saw in the hotel are not rat or mouse droppings. The property is sorrounded by a lot of trees and many of them are fruit trees that drop seeds and other things that can be confused by mouse droppings. We keep a very rigid policy against rodents and insects. We will look into the WiFi, thank you for the comment.
