Guest Registration

To ensure a seamless arrival, the condominium requires the full names of all guests and your estimated arrival time at least 24 hours before check-in. Please share this with us promptly to avoid any delays or access restrictions at the security gate (please note that Del Mar cannot be held responsible for entry issues due to missing guest information).



The Check-In Process

Standard check-in takes place between 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM. Upon arrival, you will check in at the security booth. We will send you your electronic gate access code prior to your stay so you can enter easily. Our staff will be there to welcome you during these hours, but if you plan to arrive after 5:00 PM, please just let your host know in advance!



Last-Minute Reservations

We love welcoming spontaneous travelers! Please keep in mind that if you book your stay after 9:00 PM the night before, or on the exact same day you plan to arrive, your check-in time will be from 6:00 PM onwards. This gives our team the necessary time to perfectly prepare the apartment for you.



Checking Out

Check-out time is at 11:00 AM. When it is time to say goodbye, we kindly ask that you turn off the air conditioning and send a quick message to your host to let them know you are departing. Safe travels!

To ensure you have a wonderful 5-star experience, we kindly ask you to keep the following information in mind:



-Comfort and Tropical Living



Nature at our doorstep: We professionally fumigate before and after every guest. However, because we are in a lush tropical climate, occasionally a stray insect may find its way inside. If you notice anything, please let us know, we are happy to provide an additional complimentary treatment for your peace of mind.



Coastal: You may encounter tiny gnats on the beach, which are common in the area. They are harmless but can be itchy, so we recommend having some repellent handy to ensure your comfort while enjoying the sand.



Environmental awareness: We are committed to caring for our beautiful surroundings. We kindly ask for your help in using air conditioning and electricity consciously during your stay.



House Rules and Maintenance



Drainage care: To keep our plumbing in excellent shape, please do not flush paper (including toilet paper) down the toilet. We have provided disposal bags for your convenience. Your cooperation helps us prevent maintenance issues that could affect your stay.



Quiet environment: Nuevo Vallarta is a growing, vibrant community. Occasionally, there may be construction nearby that creates daytime noise. We appreciate your understanding.



Common areas: Please note that pool and garden maintenance are handled by the condominium association, not by our management team.



Accommodation Details



Occupancy: Our maximum capacity is 8 guests. Please be sure to include all adults, children, and babies in your reservation, as the building's regulations differ from the platform’s settings. Any guests beyond 6 will incur an additional fee of 15 USD per person, per night.



Kitchen and Supplies: We provide a starter kit for your first night and basic kitchen utensils. Please note that we do not provide consumable supplies like oil, salt, or pepper.





Services and Policies



Cleaning and Linens: Your cleaning fee covers the professional preparation of the unit before your arrival and a deep clean after you depart. Please note that daily housekeeping, laundry services, and linen changes are not included.



Electricity: Your stay includes a generous electricity allowance based on the season and the size of your unit. We will send you the specific kWh limit upon confirmation. Any usage exceeding this amount will be charged at 5 MXN per kWh, based on the meter readings at the start and end of your stay.



Personal Property: We are not responsible for any personal items lost or left behind in the accommodation.



Policies: For the comfort of all our guests, we do not allow pets or additional visitors.



Interaction with Guests:

Our team is available daily from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM to ensure you have a seamless and relaxing experience.
