The Space:

The Pacific rolls in steadily along Banderas Bay, and from your balcony at the Aria Ocean complex, you can hear it. Mornings here ease in with soft coastal light filtering through the windows, afternoons belong to the pool and the sand, and evenings bring warm air and the kind of quiet that only comes when you're genuinely close to the water. This is Nuevo Vallarta at its most unhurried.



Sleeping arrangements

The condo sleeps up to 4 guests in 1 bedroom with 2 beds. The room is set up for a restful stay with bed linens, clothing storage, hangers, and an in-room safe. A mosquito net is included for added comfort. Families traveling with little ones will find a crib, Pack 'n Play/Travel crib, high chair, baby bath, and changing table ready for use, along with board games and children's bikes to keep younger guests entertained.



Kitchen & dining

The kitchen is fully equipped so you can cook at your own pace - refrigerator, stove, microwave, cooking basics, dishes and silverware, a coffee maker, blender, and wine glasses are all on hand. When the weather calls for it, move the meal outside to the outdoor dining area and let the coastal air do the rest. A BBQ grill and barbecue utensils are available for relaxed cookouts on the property. Please note that oil, salt and pepper are not currently provided in this unit.



Bathroom

The private bathroom is stocked with hot water and bathroom essentials - everything you need to refresh after a morning swim or a long afternoon by the pool. Cleaning products are also available to help keep the space tidy throughout your stay.



Outdoor living & beach access

Beach access puts the shoreline within easy reach, and beach essentials mean you can head out without the hassle of packing everything from scratch. Back at the complex, the pool is available for a cooler dip, sun loungers let you stretch out and settle in, and bikes and a kayak give you the option to explore a little further along the coast. A backyard area rounds out the outdoor space, and resort access allows you to take advantage of shared facilities nearby.



Comfort & connectivity

Air conditioning keeps the interior cool and comfortable no matter the temperature outside. Wifi and a TV cover your connectivity and entertainment needs, and a carbon monoxide alarm adds a layer of home safety. The condo also features a private entrance, single-level layout, elevator access, and free parking garage on premises. Self check-in via keypad means you can arrive whenever suits you, and long-term stays are welcome.



Location

This unit at Aria Ocean sits along the Riviera Nayarit coastline in Nuevo Vallarta, with Banderas Bay just outside your door. The area offers miles of Pacific shoreline, warm temperatures, and easy access to the water - whether you're swimming, strolling the beach, or simply watching the waves from your balcony. Free street parking is also available for guests who need it.

Guest Access:

Important Note: If you book after 9 p.m. the day before your arrival or the same day of your check-in, the apartment will be available for you from 6 p.m. onwards. It is very important that you provide us with the names of all guests and their estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours prior to their arrival. Otherwise, the condominium may restrict access, and unfortunately Del Mar cannot be held responsible for such a situation. Check In is done from the security booth. Before your arrival we will send you the information with your access code to the gate, since it is an electronic gate. The Staff will be able to receive you from 3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. (if you need to check in after this time please contact your host). Check-out: 11:00 a.m. Remember to turn off the AC before your departure and notify your host. Check-in time for reservations made on the day of arrival will be from 6:00 pm onwards.



The Neighborhood:

It is one of the most complete vacation spots in the Mexican Pacific. Comprising some 305 kilometers of beautiful coastal areas, Nuevo Vallarta is a destination with a humid-tropical climate with an average temperature of 28°C, ideal to spend a relaxing, quiet and family time, since it has one of the most accessible beaches in Banderas Bay.



Getting Around:

There are cab services nearby, as well as uber service through your app. In the home manual we give you the option to view our website in the "explore" section we give you options for transportation, as well as places you can visit to eat or buy items.



Other Things to Note:

For your stay to be 5 stars you need to take into account the following information: Important Note: We perform fumigations before and after each reservation. However, due to the characteristics of the natural environment and the tropical climate of Vallarta, it is possible that some insects may appear during your stay. We offer additional fumigations free of charge during your stay if necessary. Important note: In this unit, we do not currently offer the oil, salt and pepper products, even though they appear in the description. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.



-IMPORTANT: We would like to remind you that it is vitally important not to dispose of any paper in the toilet, even if it is toilet paper.



Please cooperate with us to keep our drainage system in good condition and avoid future mishaps. -The cleaning fee covers before and after your stay, it does not include any cleaning or laundry service during your stay. -The rate shown per night, is the base price, which integrates 1 to 4 * guests, from the next guest this will generate a different cost of approximately 15 * dlls extra per person per night. -The accommodation has a capacity of __5__ same as indicated in the ad, we let you know that the Airbnb platform does not count children and babies within the capacity, note that the condo if, so it is necessary that when booking integrate the exact number of guests in relation to the capacity, counting adults, children and babies. -No guests allowed -Pets are not allowed -No change of linens during your stay. -The amenities provided are for a single night's sustenance. -Basic kitchen utensils provided are tools, not supplies. -The barbecue is under availability, reserving 24 hours in advance. -Parking is subject to availability -We are a company that is committed to the environment, we appreciate your support with a conscious use of electricity consumption. -The maintenance and administration of the common areas of the condominium are not under the management of Del Mar Boutique Accommodation. -It is important to take into account that the area of Nuevo Vallarta due to its constant development is prone to have constructions near the condominiums generating noise during the day. -Due to the nature of the destination it is common to find small mosquitoes called gnats on the beach that cause bites, we recommend you to use repellent so you do not have any discomfort, their bite is harmless but can cause itching. -Electricity consumption Due to the nature of the destination, the electricity consumption that we include, is analyzed by the vacation season in which you make your reservation and the number of rooms in your unit, so you will be sent the total KW that will include your stay when your reservation is confirmed. Each excess KW will have an additional cost of $5 pesos. The balance comes from the initial and final meter reading.
