The heating available in the living room, the back bedroom and the bathroom were a plus. "Property was nice. We had a homeless person come up and ask for money while we were unloading. We were really close to a busy street. Vehicle noise from the nearby street was distracting when trying to sleep."

"The Casita was wonderful. The neighborhood is quiet and feels safe. I had no hesitation parking my car in the turn around out front. The bed was comfortable and the shower is hot with good pressure. The Internet was a little slow and the air conditioning is achieved from a couple of those rolling portable units that generate a constant hum in the place. Neither detracted from my stay but noted in case they're important to someone else."
