"Super friendly staff, right on the course, restaurant/bar and good breakfast. What else could you want?"

"The hotel was well set up and modern. Breakfasts and dinners were excellent."

"Todo bien"

"El hotel está genial, es muy acogedor porque hay pocas habitaciones y el desayuno está increíble, todo riquísimo. Los contras: para llegar al centro tienes que coger el autobús, el 26 o el 44 y tardas como media hora, pero si la diferencia de precio es significativa con otros hoteles, la verdad que este merece la pena. "Beautiful, large rooms. Great service, and comfortable bed. Wish we had been staying longer."

"Great stay for a couple of nights, perfect location waking up next to cows each day! Walkable into Haddington. Kitchen head everything to cook breakfast and evening meal, including small oven and hobs"

"Special place. Beach-view room is a must. Great breakfast."

"Great location in a beautiful little town, very friendly staff (especially the lady on shift for breakfast), clean room. Would go again."

"Great hotel, would stay again!"

"Aceptable en general"

"Exceptional history, plenty of snacks and food items left in room for breakfast, highly recommend staying here!"

Everywhere was spotless. We had a 6 foot bed that was very comfortable. Yes, the wallpaper was old & stained but this house is very old & must take a great deal of upkeep. The dining room was lovely, as was the breakfast Our friends had the room next door & their opinion was the same as ours. All 4 of us would...

"Habitacion limpia. La numero 5 era super pequeña no te podias mover con las maletas. Mobiliario y colchon antiguos. Cafe y te en la habitacion. Secador de pelo. Desayuno caliente servido en mesa. No tienen parquin."

"Self Serve Hotel (No staff on site for check in) Received a message day of arrival. Over all cheap and cheerful. Clean and cosy and did the job."

"The room was nice and comfortable but we did have problems with the check-in."
