"Basically a rundown Bach that's seen little to no improvement, except maybe seen a lick of paint. If you like Indoor Camping, then perfect, otherwise you'll be disappointed. Heating inadequet, heater shuts off after around 4 hours in middle of night, even when timer disabled or set to 8 hours. Incidentally no instructions how to use heater remote control, I had to ask Mr Google. Really only suitable for mid Summer. Needs a proper Heat Pump. Parking poor, needs a 5 point turn or more to turn...

"We loved our stay at the nest. It was a great location in between Hamilton and Waitomo. We loved all the local things they had nearby from the Country Blueberry farm, antique shops, and trail walks. The place was clean and Megan was easy to get a hold of if I ever had a question. We also loved the animals on the property! "

"We enjoyed touring the area and the home worked well for a home base. There was plenty of room for all five of us. The yard was lovely and private also. A few improvements would have made the home better. The only shower in the house has a broken faceplate behind the handle, so we could never quite figure out how to turn it for hot or cold.
