"Telephone disrupted our sraybevery day missing calls and unknown persons calling we gave to call Reception and disengage unit. Friday night and Saturday the noise coming from the restaurant till midnight make us impossible to rest and sleep , no wonder we found earplugs in room , we sincerely believe that we deserve a refund and an apology , the cleaning service was good but the above make our stay during Friday night and Saturday miserable "

"A wonderful away-from-it-all location within striking distance from Sydney. Love the deck overlooking the vines and the room was very comfortable. Only regret is that the separately managed onsite restaurant was closed, but a more that adequate nearby alternative was easily found. Will be back."

"The Horatio Suites Hotel is a lovely renovated property in Mudgee. The rooms are spacious and include a balcony, which is a great feature. However, it was disappointing that there were no chairs provided on the balcony, we had to drag one from inside to enjoy it. We were also a little let down that the hotel didn’t acknowledge our anniversary; a small gesture such as a late checkout, a complimentary drink, or even a simple note would have been a nice touch, particularly as it’s not on the...

"Loved how quiet it was, got such a great sleep on the very comfortable king bed too. Walk to the RSL Club just at the back of the motel for a drink & beautiful meal. "
