"There were minor cleaning issues in the bathroom, and my only/biggest complaint is the listing is misleading as it says you have no neighbors but the space is physically attached to a larger house and the driveway and entry/exit doors for both units open into the same small space. Additionally the front door has a large glass window with no curtains so you have absolutely no privacy. This is a direct conflict with the listing and I did bring this up to the landlord. "Great place downtown Hartford! Clean and quiet and minutes from everything! My only issue was that it claims to be fully furnished but there is no iron or steamer. Guests are often traveling in for events so having that on hand is essential. Other than that all was wonderful!"

"This property had an extremely strong cat/ litter box odor. It was also pretty buggy- we found many bugs alive and dead throughout the house. AC or humidifier machines leaked. My friend thought she heard scurrying throughout the upstairs room. Many of the items like mirrors were hung too high to be usable. The home fulfilled our purposes for the weekend but I would not return."

"This property was very clean and comfortable; a nicely remodeled apartment in an older home. We had family members staying in one of the other apartments, so it was great to have them so close, but still had privacy. The location is conveniently located with plenty of restaurants nearby, and a short drive to fowntown dining and shops. Karl was an excellent host, griendly and very responsive. Would definitely stay here again!"
