"For starters, the staff here are excellent. And the hotel is kept quite clean. There are other inconsistencies, however. If you need wifi in your room, it is hit and miss for no apparent reason. For emergencies, there is always wifi in the reception area. I was there for 3 nights. I had hot water for two mornings but not the third. You have to run the shower for some time. "Jag och min kollega hade en väldigt bra vistelse på Duomo. Vi var där i fyra dagar. Jag gillade att hotellet var miljömedvetet med energisparfunktioner, bra tvål och möjlighet att behålla sin handduk mer än en dag. Alla andra hotell vi bodde på bytte ut tvålen och tvättade handdukarna varje dag. Det var också enkelt att sätta upp en skylt för att slippa städningen. "While the location is chaotic and busy the actual hotel was surprisingly good. Very nice and clean rooms to really affordable prices, The food at the hotel restaurant was really good and the staff was amazing. The only issue is to get a taxi driver to want to drive downtown where the hotel is due to the busy traffic around the area. But highly recommend this hotel as it is really good value for the money."
