"Amazing hotel only sorry i didnt get to stay longer"

"The hotel has 175 rooms, my friend and I we were the only guests in the hotel. They gave us a terrible welcome, they didn't provide to us any information and they lied about services. They didn't open to us the bowling, they didn't want to open the swimming pool and they were rude when we tried to complain. It was not a language issue, because my friend speaks Polish. Luckily, the manager she was kind and helped us because the receptionists were totally unprofessional for a 4 stars hotel....

"Having spent an entirely delightful evening with the owner of the house, including all of us sharing scrambled eggs at around 1am, we are more than happy to recommend this wonderful guest house to anybody looking to stay in the area. A lovely time was had by all and we absolutely intend to stay there again as soon as possible."
