This is not luxury in my opinion. We left after 30mins of arrival at the property. (We had to cancel our booking as we felt we were unable to stay due to the issues we experienced) We were a party of 7 people. On arrival the property smelt damp and musty. We traced this to black mould in the back of a cupboard in the living area. My Asthma started to bother me within the short time inside. For an 8 person property there was insufficient items. ie there was 3 towels and one used towel wet in a basket There was not enough cutlery/plates etc for 7 people, and there was yellow stains on one of the duvets supplied for the pull out sofas. We contacted the Host who after a lot of back and forth calls and texts agreed to a full refund. I have closed my account with VRBO as they are painfully lacking in customer support whilst dealing with the refund. It's taken lots of phone calls and arguing to finally get our money back (3 weeks later). To be fair to the host, he did try to sort out issues but is not based in the area and said he uses a third party for the property upkeep.
