With an area of 100 m², this welcoming and fully equipped accommodation can accommodate up to 6 people and offers a lovely view of the garden and access to a private hot tub all year round.



Outside, you will enjoy an enclosed garden, perfect for the tranquillity of families with children. A beautiful 30 m² terrace awaits you, furnished with garden furniture, garden seating, table, barbecue and plancha. A true asset of the house, a hot tub is also at your disposal from 1st May to 31st August for moments of relaxation after your days of exploration.



Inside the house, you will discover upon entry a pleasant, bright and welcoming living space. The lounge area comprises a sofa, two comfortable armchairs and a television, ideal for relaxing after a long day of activities. The adjoining dining room has a table that can accommodate up to 6 people for sharing your meals. The open-plan kitchen, opening onto the living space and equipped with a central island, is fully equipped: induction hobs, refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, filter coffee maker and Senseo, toaster, kettle and everything needed for cooking.



On the night side, the house has 3 comfortable bedrooms:

Bedroom 1: a Queen Size bed (160x200), storage, television (3 channels only)

Bedroom 3: two single beds (90x190), wardrobe



A bathroom with shower and hairdryer as well as a separate toilet complete the interior space.



Three parking spaces outside will be at your disposal (one space to the right and two spaces to the left of the house).

Possibility of charging for an electric vehicle, billed at the end of your stay according to actual consumption, thanks to a dedicated and secure device.



For added comfort, the accommodation is equipped with a washing machine, a baby cot, a high chair and a pushchair. A storage room also allows you to store up to 4 bicycles.
