Before our arrival Martina did everything to make sure that our stay will be perfect, and helped us with a lot of questions. "The house is very cosy, in a beautiful garden with a pool and stunning views, set among pistachio fields. The owners are wonderful people and very welcoming. The house is about 1 hour from Catania, half a hour from Siracusa and Noto, and maybe 15 minutes to the closest beach. We did day trips in the morning and then relaxed by the pool in the afternoon. However, people that are not used to driving might find the 10 minute drive up curvy and narrow roads challenging."

"Ein kleines Häuschen auf zwei Etagen in der Nähe des schönen Stadtzentrums von Scicli mit vielen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und einer tollen Gelateria! Im unteren Stock ist es etwas dunkel und im Frühling eher kühl. Im oberen Stock ist es hell und wärmer. Die kleine Dachterrasse ist gemütlich. Die Umgebung bietet einige Möglichkeiten. Wir sind am liebsten, mit den MTB‘s in der Gegend herum gefahren, besonders der Küstenweg zwischen Caca D‘aliga und Sampieri hatte es uns angetan."

"Etwas außerhalb von Modica auf einem ehemaligen Bauernhof gibt es mehrere einzelne Ferienwohnungen. Wir bewohnten die Geräumigste mit großem, separaten Schlafzimmer und einem schönen neuen Bad mit großer Dusche. Das Wohnzimmer mit Küchenzeile war sehr bequem und hatte viel Charme. "It was an easy drive in our rental car to Fontane Blanche from Taormina. Enzo was waiting for us and handed over the keys and a fob for the gate at the entrance. He gave us all the instructions we needed for our 11 day stay in March 2024.
