"The staff here are fantastic! I swear some of them must work 24 hour days as they are always there an available. They are quick with a smile and assistance, even in English, which was limited on the island. They were helpful in arranging transport and laundry as well as just checking in. Es un hotel muy comodo y bonito, aunque faltaría que parte de las 5 personas que estan en la barra viniesen a la playa o piscina para saber si quieres tomar algo. El personal del restaurante es muy amable. Sí que recomendamos que se abran las botellas por ustedes mismos puesto que un día nos pusieron agua en mal estado, la tuvimos que devolver. Si volviesemos a Nosy be, sin duda volveriamos al hotel, fantastica puesta de sol. Por ciero, la agencia de viajes que esta dentro, un 10 "
