"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Seahorses! The steps leading up to the property definitely kept us fit, however we knew about this before booking and the owner kindly left us a bottle of prosecco in the fridge to help us recover, which was a lovely little touch! The property was immaculate and modern, and the balcony and views looking out over the sea were absolutely amazing! "We enjoyed staying at 5 Shadycombe cottage. Owner sent lots of useful information by email shortly before stay. The cottage was compact, clean and well equipped. The bathrooms were a little compact. The cottage location and proximity to Salcombe allowed us to walk into town. We found fabulous art store, along with a great bakery for breakfast goods and pasties, in addition fudge, chocolate and ice cream stores all very yummy. "Delightful chalet in a lovely position overlooking Plymouth Sound. Peaceful, relaxed atmosphere, with the opportunity for coastal walks as well as to the beach and surrounding areas. Lovely cafe on the estate and close enough to local shops for provisions. Two lovely pubs in the local village, 5 minute drive away or within walking distance. A very comfortable and well equipped chalet. We would definitely recommend if you are looking for a relaxing break. We would definitely visit again."

"The property was in a lovely quiet position but did feel the shop should have been open whilst people were on site because of its location. When we arrived the sofa still had some sand on, there are cobwebs in bedroom windows and some kitchen utensils were not too clean. We really enjoyed our stay and felt totally relaxed whilst there.
