Well equipped kitchen and hot tub very good.There wasn’t enough seating area in the lounge for all of our party to sit comfortably together, however it was well set out.

The villa was set in a perfect location. 5 minutes walk from two large pubs serving nice food. Right along the broads. Lots to see and do nearby. We went on the Mississippi river boat tour, also travelled on the Bure valley railway and went in to Wroxham. Also enjoyed the circus in Yarmouth. The villa was a lovely size and the conservatory was beautiful. The hot tub was lovely but a few of the jets were not working. The welcome basket was a lovely gesture. All in all we had a wonderful week.

Fabulous stay

This property was great , with views of the river and boats . It was as described and very spacious. It was clean and well equipped overall. Hot tub was fabulous and easily accomodated 8 people. The host was very responsive. The area was brilliant with lots to do . Mississippi steamer was a great experience the kids loved it. Would highly recommend this property and area . Will definitely use again in the future.highly recommended highlightple.

Lovely house in beautiful location

Spent a lovely Christmas break here with family. We had prompt, thorough and attentive communication from Stef and Nikki both before and during our stay. It’s a good idea to read through the house manual beforehand; this has comprehensive instructions and info. We found the place to be a bit chilly on arrival, but it gradually warmed up once we’d set the Nest controls and started the gas fire. Ditto for the hot water. Hosts provided additional heaters for the ground floor bedroom as there was a problem with the radiator there - this issue was quickly resolved. The hot tub is great, but bear in mind it may not be ready for your first night. Kitchen is a delight and very well-equipped for all our Christmas dinner preps etc. Great to have a choice of dining areas, including the conservatory one which was lovely. The master bedroom / suite is amazing! We were sad to leave - had a message asking if we’d like to extend our stay but I think this must be auto-generated as when we enquired, found it was fully booked. Not surprising!

Family & Friends

Great location for a break with family and friends. The house is really spacious and lots of seperate areas which was great for a big group. Garden was lovely and everyone enjoyed the hot tub. Horning was lovely and literally a 5 min walk from a lovely pub and 1 min walk to a great little play park. We also did a boat day trip which was a 10 min walk away to collect the boat. Really close to beWilderwood which we would also recommend

Impressive property, with a view of the river.

The view from the hot tub was great. At dusk there was a procession of bats from the eves. I am not always a fannof a conservatory but this one was amazing. We spent virtually all our time there or outside. Kitchen was well equipped. Can't fault it. Was a truly luxurious experience and excellent location.

Amazing property, in beautiful surroundings overlooking the river. Excellent location for enjoying everything The Broads have to offer. Also just a short drive to numerous beaches & many places to visit with children. Choose to while away your day in the hot tub watching the boats go by or hire a boat out for the day !

Lovely villa

Very good accommodation. Kitchen much smaller than it looks on photos but a very big dining room and conservatory. Deco slightly dated but nice tech heating system In place so house was always nice and warm. Not much to do around during out of season time (we came here in January) but nice big hot tub was a highlight and we all enjoyed it. Overall lovely stay, thank you.

High quality, well-located and spacious holiday rental

Large spacious villa

We had a great long weekend at this villa for a family/friends break - it was very spacious and a great location for getting to different parts of Norfolk. All amenities were as advertised and the hot tub was a plus! Lovely pub just a 5min walk away (New Inn).

Fabulous Holiday

Our package holiday in Sardinia in Sardinia was cancelled by the company and we booked a Norfolk holiday instead. We had far more fun in Norfolk than we would have had in Sardinia. The children loved calling out when a boat went past. The hot tub was a huge success. Thanks
