Daily boat hire and river trips are available, or take a trip on the Southern Comfort Paddle Steamer which cruises up and down the Broads, taking in the beautiful scenery and abundance of wildlife. Held during summer are several boat races and a week-long regatta where you can enjoy all the boating action from one of the many pubs or restaurants situated along the riverbank. For those seeking a more active holiday, the marina and leisure club welcomes visitors who wish to enjoy water sports, and there are plenty of walks and cycle tracks that take you through the village and into the surrounding countryside and nature reserve. Children will enjoy BeWILDerwood, an outdoor tree top adventure park, or there is Wroxham Barns and the Dinosaur Park at Lenwade.
