Soft towels, extra blankets, and a hairdryer are also provided, along with a modern bathroom stocked with complimentary toiletries including shampoo, body wash, and hand soap.

    The bright and airy living area is the perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring, complete with a comfortable sofa, Smart TV, fast Wi-Fi, and a charming decorative fireplace. Just off the corner of the living space, you’ll find a handy second WC, offering extra convenience during your stay.

    A digitally signed agreement is required for bookings (sent via email) and we ask for ID to be provided. We take a security deposit or rental waiver for protection.

    Extras:
    - Travel cot & high chair available for £30 (request 24 hours before check-in).

This was a wonderful property tucked into a historic part of Norwich. It was quiet and peaceful and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Any issues that arose were dealt with promptly and the free parking space nearby the property was perfect for the duration of our stay. I would recommend this to a couple looking for a base from which to explore this fascinating and vibrant city.

Quirky property, fully equipped kitchen. The bed was fantastic, i usually only get 6 hours sleep a night if lucky. Here averaged 10. Easy walk into city center
