Las sabanas parecian usadas. El aire acondicionado/calefaccion muy ruidoso. Heladera tremendamente ruidosa. Control remoto tv no funciona. Wifi pesimo El hotel vende pago otro wifi. Pero el q hay para hospedado no llega a tomar ni un dispositivo. Se corta. Ubicacion solo para llegar en auto. Esta en una loma. Muy feos modos en front desk. Me insistio que debía dar un domicilio en USA y soy extranjera. No ofrecen ni un café de cortesía para reemplazar el desayuno que nos dieron

Not nice at all....
No es nada comodo.... para llegar hay que subir una cuesta muy pronunciada.... que con Nieve se hace casi imposible. NO hay nada para comer.... y todo los locales quedan lejos... tuve que pedir una pizza que tardo casi 1 hora en llegar. En el cuarto.... #333 habia varias cucarachitas. No volveria nunca.

The room itself is not too bad, but in my case the fridge was that noisy that I had to turn it of to be able to sleep. The microwave didn't work properly either. They don't have not even a bar. only some vending machines and all the time I was there, the beverages one was out of order. The breakfast is really crapy. To go to the nearest grocery store you have to cross roads/motorways and there isn't proper pavements to walk. The wifi is the worst I've ever seen, I coudn't connect to my corporate network because of the slowness. So forget about working from the room. But the worst for me was that the housekeeping service only works once a week, not even to pick up the trash. Basically, very wanting for the prices you pay. You can get much better services for that prices in regular hotels. The kitchen facilities don't make the difference...

La verdad es q no puedo dar una buena referencia, no pude hospedarme en el hotel, cuando fui hacer mi registracion de llegada a las 11 p.m. me dijeron q no tenian cuartos disponibles y q todos estaban sucios. Habia una fila de personas bastante larga, esperando por la limpieza de los cuartos y aunque tenga una buena ubicación yo no volveré a reservar allí, por que el servicio fue bastante deficiente. .

First impressions count and the reception we received left a terribly bad impression. The front desk clerk seemed bothered when my party checked. Once we got to our room, it was clean and satisfactory, however when we called the front desk again to inquire about getting pans, cups for tea we were told no pans or pots were available, we had to go downstairs for hot water. We were provided two mugs, utensils and a coffee machine. Once again our interaction with the receptionist was unpleasant, she spent alot of time in the back gathering the utensils and the two mug. While she was away the phone rang incessantly. I can only imagine if it was another guest on the other end of that call.

Though we understand there’s kitchens and people can cook, we spent the night coughing profusely with our eyes watering at how pungent our room was from the people around us. It was uninhabitable, but unfortunately we had no other choice. Though there were other rooms open (we would’ve taken anything!) they “couldn’t” move us.

The staff was the most unfriendly and rude people that Ive ever encountered. The Manager was absolutely the worst Screeming at clients - she shoukd be fired immediately. Expedia shoukd delete this hotel from their inventory. Never ever book this hotel.

My room is freezing and the heater would not work. I tried to call to the front desk who put me on hold forever and refused to answer when I tried to call back. I had to go down and ask to switch rooms. Switched rooms to one with a working heater. Left the property for maybe an hour. I had pulled the shade down and put my three bags on the bed and counter. The receptionist called while I was gone to ask what room she put me in. When I came back, someone had been in my room. The shade was open. My bags were moved. And my backpack had been rustled through and all my cash was gone. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!

We contacted the front desk to inform them about the changes in our travel. But despite reassuring us the change was okay, they gave away our room. We had prepaid for the complete booking through Expedia. When we arrived, hotel staff did not offer a refund, or any help making an alternative arrangement. Once the room was paid for, giving the room away is a violation of the contract. I will never stay at Extended Stay again and the staff was unhelpful.

The entire driveway and parking area was glare ice, there was no sand or salt down. The building is worn and needs to be renovated. I found hair on our beds, in our sheets and in the bathtub. There were visibly dirty spaces (handprints and smudges on closet mirrors, sink dirty, under bathroom counter has a shelf that looked like it hadnt been cleaned in months). The continental breakfast was a few prepackaged muffins and a very dirty coffee area.

When I originally saw the low ratings, I was reluctant to book this hotel. However, I took a change because my trip was for an unexpected funeral. To my surprise, the hotel was a bargain and I am not sure why the ratings have been so poor. Sure, it is not 5 star, but it is a great deal for the rate i paid.
