"The house had an odor when walking in and the floors were also super dirty. I don’t think they were cleaned before us because we found rubber cockroaches under one of the beds. We had a pet but the gate doors in the back is broken and will swing open. The location was ok but I had three kids I definitely wouldn’t let out front without me. It’s down town so that was cool. "One of the beds was broken. There were a few cockroaches (though warm weather in Florida brings insects). There was a broken outlet dangling from the wall that we needed to block off from our son. One of the showers has no place to sit toiletries so we pulled a chair up beside it to set things on (shampoo, soap, etc.) Location was great for our zoo day and for going to walk on the river!"

"Overall a good property and a good stay. The house is an obvious rental flip but the owners made sure that the decor isn’t bland. Great communication and easy check-in/check-out. The only drawbacks were the sleeping arrangements. The 2 twin beds are actually a bed and a trundle.
