"First of all, this place is just gorgeous. The decor, cleanliness and cozy feel can't be beat. Yes, the lack of running water is challenging, but I had a warm shower each day and even managed to shave. Cooking, washing and showering just took longer. I wasn't in a rush. My only complaint is the incinerator toilet. I think my bladder is just too large, so caution there. Otherwise, it worked well. The communication was rapid and effective. I'd stay here again for sure!"

"My adult daughter, our dog, and I stayed for 2 nights - it was quaint and cozy. We had the gas fireplace on twice when it got chilly outside, and bought our meals from local restaurants and ate them inside the cabin. We went for walks and explored gift shops - the cabin was in a great location. Austin (property host) was excellent - answered my questions and gave suggestions for dining and beaches. My daughter and i had a wonderful, relaxing stay."

"This place was perfect. First impression was how clean. Second was it had everything we needed and more. Great place for our family with comfy beds for all. Located far enough away from Lake George to make you feel like you were in the mountains but close enough to get to everything within minutes. Host was amazing. We never had an issues but she was there to answer all my questions prior to our visit. If I could give this higher than 5 stars I would. We hope to rent again next year. "

"We chose this location become it was pet friendly & we have 2 big dogs. This little cabin was perfect & exactly what we needed. Literally has everything anyone could need for a quick getaway or longer! We loved the firepit, peaceful, relaxing & perfect for roasting marshmallows. Strategically & perfectly centrally located to downtown. We are already planning next years visit. "
