"Very beautiful 100 year old house, with period furnishings. It is very clean and the hostess was nice and helpful. It is walking distance to the town of Barre which has several dining options and nice downtown. The breakfast was excellent, made with local produce and ingredients. It is a great location as a base to visit different places in Vermont."

The two owners, Brandon and Susannah, are amazing and generous hosts, with homemade cookies (yum!), breakfast and many other amenities on site. They also gave excellent recommendations, not just for the local area but also for the rest of our holiday in the USA. "This hotel it a hidden gem. The breakfast was way better than I expected it to be. It had everything waffles bagels donuts fruit. String cheese. Was overwhelmed deciding what to pick. Air-conditioning worked well. No issue checking in Early around 1:00 pm to get to the gate at Do Good Fest for 1:30 pm when the gate opened. East to get in after the concert. Everything was excellent clean. Plenty of towels soap etc. even had spectrum internet. Only 15 minutes from National life group by. Car....

The inn-keeper Dana was so kind and gave ideas for activities in the area and helped me get to my wedding when we had no ideas on how to get there. The whole experience was so personable, and I loved the shared space with a chess board, games, tea, and coffee!"
