"Check in process was very slow.
We stayed twice in five days and the coffee machine on the casino floor wasn’t working either time. We needed decaf and only regular coffee was offered.
Housekeeping did bring extra pods to our room. Unfortunately the coffee machine in our room wasn’t working properly only dispensing a partial cup.
On our first stay valet was very helpful and much appreciated. However when we returned for our second stay the valet was closed. It was pouring down rain and we...
