"The rooms have been nicely refurbished. However several details needed attention they are the following: 1. The TV reception is very bad a station would be on then go off for several minutes, come back on only to go black again for several minutes. No point in trying to watch anything. 2. The coffee maker did not work. We tried in several outlets but it did not light. 3. The shower was very difficult to adjust the temp, it was either scalding hot or freezing cold. "We stayed for a week, 6 nights in a King Balcony room. Fantastic service, views, and atmosphere. Our favorite part of the motel was the bonfires nightly from 7-10pm on the beach, looking out at the lake. Highly recommend."

"I came up for a golf trip at the Arcadia courses and decided to stay here for my visit. The motel was hosting an art retreat which isn’t typically my thing but all the people I talked with were really cool. I talked briefly with the owner when I got there and she was amazing and had a really cool vibe. Would definitely stay again."
