"This hotel has been redone beautifully. The rooftop area is a nice spot to watch a sunset. The pool area was also very nice. Our only complaints were that they ran out of towels and the cleaning staff had left our room door ajar all day. We asked for the room to be serviced the day before. We were never notified and came back after a day on the beach and were told they were out of towels. We stayed for a week. 4 people in one room. We had to dry our selves w a hand towel. This is unacceptable....

"We booked this hotel for one night through Hotels.com, but were never informed that late check-in was unavailable after 11:30 pm. Our flight was delayed, and made it to the hotel at 3am.
