At the complex is a pub, restaurant, shop, laundry room, tennis courts, hairdresser, coffee shop, outdoor heated swimming pool, mini golf, children play areas, lakes with dedicated fishing areas and more. Complex is dog friendly with many places for cycling or hiking in the woodland area. Caravan is comfortable for 7 people with enclosed beautiful garden.
2 bedrooms static caravan, 1.5 bathroom, large living room with open plan kitchen. Master bedroom with ensuite toilet. Comfortable accommodation for maximum of 7 people (1 double bed, 2 single beds, 2 single sofa bed and 1 chair bed).There is 2 wardrobes, and wall cabinets to provide more storage. Caravan has air conditioning, ceiling fan and central heating. Also it's children and pet friendly. For infants is travel Cot available on request with one off fee.
Kitchen fully equipped with good size fridge/freezer also cooking pots, glasses, dining dishes, knives, spoons, cutlery, microwave, fridge freezer, kettle, gas cooker with grill, toaster, Nescafé coffee machine. Smart 55inch TV with free view.
Important Note: as safety first please note that all duvet and all pillows are hospital safety standards wipe cleaning products.
Caravan has enclosed beautiful garden with modern outdoor furniture and it's absolutely safe for children or our loving pets (no more than 2 dogs allowed fee apply separately). The garden is designed for day and evening outdoor entertainment offering 4 different seating areas to enjoy outdoor living style: outdoor bed, bench with small table, large 6 seat sofa with coffee table, another chairs and table for two, hammock with two hanging chairs and outdoor lighting make the garden look very welcome.
At the complex paid passes are required to access outdoor heated swimming pool (open from June to September). Passes collected from Overstone office. The fishing docks are available for licence holders only and required fee (for more details please speak with reception). At Overstone Lakes Holiday Park is paid laundry room.
Guests has access to all holiday park amenities (please note that some of the attractions to access require small fees).
Every Saturday special events are hosted by Overstone Holiday Park Club.
There are 2 bathrooms. The first bathroom has a toilet and sink and a walk-in shower. The second bathroom has a toilet and sink.
Linen and towels are included to make your stay more enjoyable but take your own toiletries as soap only provided.
House Rules: - Check-in time is 4pm and check-out is 10am (for any unauthorised check-in or check-out Fee of £100 will apply). - Smoking is not allowed. - Free parking on premises facilities available at the holiday park (no permission for other than personal cars to be parked. Company car not allowed and £25 per day fee will apply if Overstone office report it. Guests driving company cars can park free of charge in the car park next to 24h security only when space is pre book. - Electric cars are not permitted to charge electricity from the caravan under any circumstances (Fee of £100 for any unauthorised charging will apply). - Pets (maximum of two) are allowed at the property ONLY with one off fee £40 paid separately. - Travel Cot is available ONLY on request with one off fee £30 paid separately.
Park Overview Nestled in amongst 115 acres of lush, green countryside, Overstone Lakes Holiday Park, has been awarded a Gold Banner David Bellamy Conservation Award. If the picturesque surroundings of the park aren’t enough, there is also an excellent selection of lakeside and woodland walks to be found in the beautiful countryside around Overstone Lakes.

Lovely caravan. Very clean. Kitchen well equipped. Nice to have enough towels for everyone! Good shower.
Only criticism is the blinds in the whole place are very thin and don’t block out any light which doesn’t make for easy sleeping.

Dog friendly
This accommodation is perfect, nice garden and secure for a small dog, and lovely woods for walkies without needing the car. Very clean and comfortable. I just wish I had found the towels before going out and buying one! They were in a bedroom cupboard hidden in a middle part. Very friendly locals.

Visiting family member
The property had good amenities and was well fitted out. It catered for all groups and would be suitable for families. It was also welcoming for dogs. Unfortunately I lost my dog just prior to our stay but it would have been ideal if he had been with us.
The site had plenty of facilities to make holidaymakers at home and an easy life.
We visited the shop, clubhouse and the restaurant.
The accommodations outdoor space was well equipped with outdoor seating, lighting and garden space with mature plants. I am pleased to say we had the opportunity to use and relax in this space during our stay.
