The owner of this condo dotted all the I’s and crossed all the T’s! Very clean, beautiful quiet location, nice decor, comfortable queen size bed…and everything working. Thought of everything for his guests.

The property and complex are great. Very convenient to attend the NH Highland Games.The condo was clean and well appointed. Only downside were the flat pillows and uncomfortable hard bed in 2nd bedroom. Mattress needs to be replaced.

Great location for getting about. Clean and tidy apartment. Everything you need apart from a kettle and as us Brits love a cuppa, I knew this and took my own. Only downside for us was as the second bedroom had double bunk beds (we also knew this before we went )my friend had to sleep on one of them and found the mattress very uncomfortable. Other than that , Deer Park is the most beautiful location with breathtaking scenery ad the most fabulous freshwater lake to swim in . Reception staff were very helpful too . I would return in a heartbeat and highly recommended the apartment.

Another Wonderful Year at Deer Park

We have been coming to Deer Park every summer for a few years to visit Santa's Village and Storyland with our toddlers. We have booked a few different units over the years, but this has been the best by far! The condo park is scenic and well-maintained, and the unit itself is in great shape! It is a 30-second walk away from the pool and rec center, and has a lovely view. The host was easy to get in touch with at all hours, and the check-in/check-out was painless and quick.

Nice, Roomy, Clean Condo

Great Location to explore all of the White Mountains Area. The Condo was very clean and had everything that we needed for a weeks stay. The complex is very nice with a beautiful lake and lots of amenities. We have stayed here before and will stay here next time we visit the area. The owner is very responsive and easy to communicate with.

Comfortable and relaxing

Very comfortable place to return to after a day of hiking and enjoying Franconia State Park and the Kancamagus Hwy. Everything was better than described in listing, super comfortable bed. The location was perfect and we enjoyed a nice walk around the resort and sitting by the lake when crowded roads became hard to handle!

We did not want to leave

We loved our condo and the week that we spent there. It was perfect for the three of us, had all the conveniences of home, and was situated in a quiet pristine surrounding. We were close enough to all the attractions and had a wonderful time. Walking down the trails along the Pemi River was amazing. The only negative thing I can say is that it rained six out of seven days, but we made the best of it and had a blast. We stayed at: Deer Park 2BR Top Flr. Our Favorite Deer Park Unit

We have stayed in Deer Park a number of times over the past few years. This particular unit was affordable, and possibly the nicest and most well-maintained that we have seen. It was located directly nextdoor to the recc center and lake, and featured pretty good views of the whole park from the second floor windows.

Cozy and Quiet Condo

The location within Deer Park is lovely, a 2nd floor end unit so there is no one above and you have the lake to one side visible from the windows. Found the unit very clean and well taken care of. Enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful location!

This was our second year in this unit and we highly recommend it. Deer Park is a beautiful, quiet resort with great amenities for families and is close to activities in nearby communities. Nelson, the unit owner, is quick and responsive with any communication, and the unit itself is well equipped with anything a family might need while vacationing.

Fun stay at this condo!

Lovely condo located in deer park resort. Location is right by the rec center which is perfect for younger teenages to go grab a slushy on their own while still not being too far away. Nelson the owner answered all my questions and was very helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

Loved it!

Great place! It felt like you were in a cabin in the woods, so peaceful and quiet, but still close to the main strip. We never heard any cars or people outside. This was the cleanest place I’ve ever stayed at, and they really do provide everything for your stay. There’s lots to do at the resort to keep you busy, or to just relax. It was so awesome being so close to the lake. You just have to walk past the rec center and you’re there. Everything was amazing but if I had to provide one piece of feedback, I’d recommend either getting new mattresses or mattress toppers. We can’t wait to go back!

Our family of 5 stayed here for 6 nights and found the unit to be as described. It was spotless, furniture was like new, ample supply of paper products, (tissues, paper towels, toilet paper). Modern kitchen appliances and an amply stocked kitchen with plenty of utensils, dishes, glasses, etc. Nelson the owner was very responsive to any questions that I had prior to our departure. I would highly recommend renting this unit to anyone and won't hesitate to rent it again should we return to Deer Park.

Great stay!

Very clean place. Lots to do at the resort and close to everything (highway, Woodstock & Lincoln center, Clark's, etc) without the traffic or noise. Plus very close to the Rec Center, which helped during the rain. Unfortunately the pool was closed for renovations, but Nelson was helpful and communicated this well in advance and we could swim in the lake. Would definitely stay again!

Stayed here for the weekend of the White Mountains Triathlon. Great location, mudroom worked great for bike storage. Very clean, quiet and relaxing. Will definitely come back.

A perfect place for a girls weekend!

This beautiful condo is in a beautiful resort with a swimming lake and indoor pool. The grounds are lovely and the condo itself is roomy and pristinely clean. My friend and I enjoyed our stay and hope to return when the pool remodel is finished. I highly recommend this property!
