"The house was very nice. There were 4 adults and we had plenty of room. We really enjoyed the gas fire pit that the owners had just purchased. It was nice to sit on the back deck around the fire pit as we cooked on the grill. I had to contact the owner a few times and she was very nice and helpful. We would rent this property again."

"We booked this property on a mission to go to Emerald Hollow Mine. The cottage was absolutely perfect for our needs. Everyone kept saying it was one of the best stocked rentals we've been to. Plenty of seasonings which is a rare find with rentals! We enjoyed the porch and firepit. Would definitely rent again when we go back!"

"This is beautiful property and Peter made the entire process completely stress free. Great communication and an incredible "home base" for our music festival weekend. The whole house is clean, comfortable and very well appointed. From the hiking trails, to the front porch, to the back dining area, to the firepit, we made use of them all. 5 star all around! "We all hung out in the spacious main cabin and the smaller cabins brought us back to summer camp days (but way nicer). The kitchen was well stocked with basics and there were plenty of towels and lots of drinking water. The ice machine was clutch. It took two of us to use the zip line but was fun. Big yard and they had wiffleball and such. Would recommend for big groups. Note that you need to travel on gravel roads for a few minutes to get to the house."

"This is a very good, inexpensive option for the area. However, I would’ve expected a little bit more from the “breakfast option “. There were only a few bagels, and a few premade sausage and a biscuit. There was dry cereal, milk, juice, coffee. Just a very basics. Other than the breakfast, I really enjoyed my stay. The staff was very friendly, although not very available. The location is close to a major road and a business across the street, but the noise level is surprisingly low for that. "

"Our stay was terrible. The owner was incredibly rude! We smoke but requested a non-smoking room. We always smoke outside. We were away from the doors to the rooms. When the owner saw this, she said she could get us a smoking room. I told her we never smoke indoors, even at home. After this confrontation, she refused to even talk to us.
