The odor inside room was unbearable and disgusting, probably from lots of people previously smoking in room and mold mildew from leaks and odor from dirty conditions in room. I kept the bathroom window and kitchenette window open the entire time I was in the room. If I had no windows to open, I would have slept inside my car. Also the visible filth and dirt was all over this room and I took 18 pictures to prove this to everybody. Baseboard moldings at floor were filthy, lamp shade was black mold filthy, power bar on desk was filthy, etc, etc.. This mold and odor in this room is probably harmful to the health of a human being. This Motel should be shut down immediately until these problems are corrected. And it is probably not even possible for the strong odor to be removed from this room. So probably time to condemm this Motel and tear it down for the good of all !!! I left after one night stay and I was supposed to stay two nights but no way, one night was more than I could Handle !!!

Outstanding.
The White Caps is a lovely pet friendly hotel with an outstanding & accommodating proficient staff! The hotel is very clean, has a nice pool, plenty of parking & a spectacular staff! It is a great location close to the beach & boards. It is a charming property with nostalgia. Love it!

A fantastic, affordable option that exceeds expectations. Pet friendly which is why we chose it. Staff is phenomenal and super-welcoming. Will absolutely be revisiting next year.

This place was a huge dump!! The beds springs is what i slept on not a mattress, the toilet was not bolted in, the room stinks and i mean stinks!!! While stepping out to the beach in the am the room next rooms door was open and they literally sprayed the beds with some cleaning supply without changing the bed sheets thankfully my brothers was at Athens 11 and we stayed the next night there i wasn’t staying in this trash of a place… they do no clean the rooms they spray and use a rag to clean beds the bathroom was dirty hair everywhere dirt and scum. This is no exaggeration… i own a business and I know how into it is to take care of customers… i went to office and they clearly did not give to cares….

I have mixed feelings about this place. The location is close enough to the boardwalk but it’s quite a hike to the beach (we walked all the way down Moreys pier to avoid walking on the sand.) My husband was referring to our room as the prison cell because it was a small white cubicle with no windows or decor and just a small table and a bed, I guess you get what I put paid for. Looks like every other room was nicer so I’m sure people have better experiences than us. The pool was clean and there’s an outdoor shower to wash off, didn’t see a bathroom near the pool area though. Not a bad price, not a bad location, just not the nicest place by any means. The bathroom was renovated so I have no complaints there. No issues with parking. Staff was very friendly. Could def use some new beds, linens, and decor. Other guests were a little rough around the edges.

Get away with pets.
Bathroom was recently done. Bedroom area needs updating. Drop ceiling grid rusted, pole lamp (1 light didn't have knob to turn on and the other light was hanging by cord), multi outlet strip (one outlet black from being burned and one had a pin in the ground part of the outlet). Pillows are flat, not worth anything. Not enough parking spots for the amount of rooms in the complex. Attendants all were friendly.

It was a very pleasant Motel had been updated. Only downside is with two double beds inside. It’s kind of tight in the room. They are dog friendly, no restrictions and only $12 a day so not bad.

A nice surprise when we arrived at noon to ask if we could park on premises until check in. The front desk clerk asked my name and told me our room was ready and we could check in now. Wow! Room was clean, new mattresses, pillows, looked like recently renovated. Some disposable cups in bathroom for tooth brushing are necessary. Quiet. Clean. Will come back again. One block from beach and boards and Moreys Amusement Piers.

The pool was nice and clean. There was a rooftop deck area to sit and look around. The motel was just a few minutes away from the boardwalk and game area and you can easily walk there. The room was just a little small, and there were 2 queen beds in there. There wasn't much room to walk, but if you are there just to enjoy North Wildwood, you probably will not be in your room that much anyway. Price was good. Staff was super helpful. They monitor the parking so that everyone has a space because the space to park is limited. There were no bugs in our room and they did take the trash out without being asked. They did not provide shower essentials like shampoo, conditioner, body wash, but there were clean towels. The room served its purpose and I wouldn't mind staying there again if I wanted to have the proximity to the beach and boardwalk at a fair price.

We had to cut our vacation short because of how terrible this place was. Going in to it we didn’t expect much more than a place to sleep being that it is a motel but we never thought it would be so horrible. I have to say the front desk people are super nice and sweet but the place is NOT a vacation spot and should not be listed as a motel. It is very rundown. If you ever want to experience what is like living in a halfway house then this is the place for you. This isn’t a place to enjoy vacationing in. We couldn’t even open our curtains because we were so close to other rooms across the trash can filled alleyway that everyone can see inside. Seagulls surround the place screaming and scavenging for trash in the alleyways. People sit outside by the front doors smoking and there’s was guy who seemed to live there permanently that was drunk for the two days we were there. Most of the people seem live there. The room was stuffy and smelled bad. The door hinges were old and rusted. The ceiling tiles were loose or falling. Just a terrible experience. I don’t know how it’s even legal to list it as a place for people vacationing to stay. It’s really low class and an eyesore on that street.
