Have breakfast on your private deck as the sun rises, kayak/paddle board in the calm bay, enjoy long quiet walks on the beach, have a glass of wine and watch the sun set over Provincetown, and then fall asleep to the soothing sound of the ocean and seagulls. A peaceful oasis close to the galleries, restaurants, and shops of Provincetown.

Small but well laid out and thoughtfully appointed studio cottage. Spacious deck with grill, loungers, couch, Adirondack chairs and two large umbrellas, with the dunes and beach just feet away.Great spot for a relaxing getaway just outside of Provincetown.

This property is in the perfect location, close to town and many restaurants, with a beautiful view. The host was easy to communicate with and all information was spelled out exactly. 100% would recommend this gorgeous bungalow. We are already planning to return. Thank you

1000/10 would stay here again. It really is the perfect spot for a single person or couple. The deck with loungers, umbrella, and a couch alone were amazing. Being literal steps away from the bay can't be beat. The bungalow itself is quaint, clean, and comfortable. Internet, AC, and provided Keurig Coffee Maker worked wonderfully. Whether the weather is in your favor or not, the location is cozy, comfortable, and the perfect access for all your beach needs. Literal minutes away (driving distance) from Provincetown and Race Point Beach if you want a change of scenery. I ventured out some, but I could barely leave the view this location provided. Will definitely be staying here again in the future!

Cute cottage right on the beach! This was great for a birthday weekend getaway. It’s super close to P town and the cottages are set in a nice quiet setting.
