The location was perfect, we visited for a bachelorette weekend. The view was amazing, & the quiet beach was so relaxing. the house was very clean, the beds were comfortable & the kitchen had everything we needed to cook breakfast. We really enjoyed our stay & look forward to coming back in the future.

The most amazing 5-day Fall Break for the girls coming in from around the world to celebrate my 50th. Lots of sea “swimming”, brilliant outdoor shower and wraparound decks. Super comfy beds and whole house beautifully set up.

The location and accommodations lovely. Kitchen well outfitted. Owners may want address the sliding glass door which only opens to a certain point and is very difficult to open. Comfort and availability of seating in living could also be improved. Caution tape on ceiling at top of stairs might be a good idea as several members of the party hit their heads. Lockbox was difficult to re-install for some reason. Everything else, perfect

Absolutely perfect

This house was just perfect for us. It is beautifully decorated and spacious. The owners, Brice and Michelle, answered my questions immediately. Great communication. The large porch is fantastic. The oath to the beach is great. We just loved it. Looking forward to next year!

Great location close to P-Town and Beaches

We had a great stay - this was a perfect location, 10 mins to everything in the area. So nice to walk to the bay with coffee in the morning and in the evening for sunset and pictures. Days Market down the street is perfect for breakfast, lunch and local beer, etc. The cabin itself was perfect for a couple of days. We had a major heat wave and can attest to the a/c working perfectly. We traveled with our family ages 8-75. There is only one bathroom but that didn’t deter us and we’re so glad because the location and charm of the property more than makes up for it. One note - the stairs have a half railing on the top half so you can’t grip it fully until halfway down the steps. Thanks for a wonderful family trip to the Cape!

Our stay

The house was great! Outfitted perfectly. The walk to the beach is quick and easy. We loved the house and our stay!On Saturday, though, someone who said they were the property manager, let himself in our front door while we were there. That was Saturday and our checkout wasn’t until Sunday. We were out on the back deck and I heard the front door open. It seemed strange that someone was inspecting the property before we even checked out? He said he would come back another time.

Beautiful beach get away

When the worst you can say about a a place is that you wish you booked longer it's a good feeling. The house is just perfect. The decorations give it a wonderful cape feeling, but in a really natural way where we kept asking, "... where can we buy that bowl (lamp)?"The house is right on 6A, but is quiet and the moment we walked inside it was like a little oasis. The private boardwalk to the beach is one of the highlights. The water in this part of the bay is especially calm and perfect for families with small children, or adults in our case. Every morning we would take our coffee to the beach and just relax to the quiet sound of the waves lapping on the beach.The beds were super comfortable, fast Wi-Fi, outdoor shower for rinsing off the beach if needed and ample parking rounded out everything that was great about our stay and we would definitely rebook again.

Perfect Beach Get Away

Myself and 6 friends stayed here for a long weekend and it was amazing. The perfect amount of space, a beautiful home, and the beach is beautiful and right there! Also there’s a free bus right to Provincetown. We’re already thinking about booking again!

Cousin's getaway!

We had the best stay! I can't say enough wonderful things about this house. Very accommodating for our group, and my 1 yr old. The house is spectacular! Close, easy walk to the beach. Straight shot to Far Lands- maybe less than a 5 min drive, making it super easy to get downtown. Kitchen was very well stocked with every appliance, dishes, cutlery etc. Beds were comfy ( queen room worked well with a pack n play in it) and the owners were very helpful and accommodating. I didn't realize when booking it had an outdoor shower.. which was lovely after the beach! Neighbors share parking lots, but it didn't matter as it's still super private. We all hope to make this our new yearly rental location !

Booked this trip at random wanting to experience the cape. I asked my family and partner to join! Beyond glad I did. This trip was amazing! Beautiful location and I even got engaged!!!! Dinner in Chatham, night out in Provincetown, and whale watching in cape cod!!! Truly one of the best experiences!!! The house was cozy and was just perfect! Easy to get places and the market down the road was 10/10!!! I can’t express enough how happy I am with the entire thing!!!

The house was absolutely adorable and very quaint. It was fully stocked and steps from the ocean. Truly perfect. The only thing I would warn is there is only 1 tv and it’s in the living room. There are no televisions in the bedrooms. Traveling with others not everyone has the same taste in movies or shows. I would give it five stars.

This was a great place for my bachelorette party! Right on the beach and in a beautiful cottage. It also involved only a short drive to Commercial St with lots of windows to look out onto the water. We were so appreciative of Brice & Michelle's kind communications leading up to our stay!

Highly recommend

This cottage was a short 10 minute drive to Provincetown. It was convenient in that it was close to P-Town but felt like we were on our own private slice of the ocean. The home is tastefully decorated, filled with all the necessities for a comfortable stay, and close to the highway for heading to nearby towns. Clean, cute and comfortable. Loved it! Would stay again.

September Cape Weekend

Great stay

We took our little bub to this stay for 3 days. It was really convenient for us. The house has all the amenities mentioned. The private beach is a plus! Would recommend this over and over.

The Ideal Cape Cod Experience

I used to stay in this cottage with my family for a week or two every summer growing up, and I can say that it has been improved since then in every way. The space is updated and clean, with modern appliances in the kitchen and washer/dryer included. Check in was smooth and we had a lovely time the whole week. Even an issue with one of the air conditioners on day one was resolved quickly by the owners. We loved our time here and hope to stay again for many years to come!

Cape Escape

We loved our time at the cottage! The location can't be beat and allowed for the kids to run around on the beach without having to leave home. It was our first visit to Truro and we fell in love with the convenience and low-key vibe. I highly recommend reading the travel guide provided by the owners. Restaurant recommendations were on point and I felt like a local with all my newfound knowledge. We can't wait to visit again, thanks for having us!
