Location is great right by Grammy Jay! Shuttle service to get around is easy to use, layout was exactly as expected. We had a great time and the place was wonderful.

Family Vacation

The condo unit was very roomy, comfortable and had a good location. We have been to this area before and we would recommend this property. The property manager, Vacasa was extremely helpful and efficient on all matters. Overall, very happy with everything.

Nice but maybe not ski in/out

Well maintained and clean, however you can only ski in/out if Jay Peak is running the village lift, something they didn’t do until our last day there. A few observations about the condo: No instructions on how to operate the fireplace, I couldn’t figure out how to turn it on Couldn’t figure out how to control the heat, might be radiate heat, but no controls visible. I had everything off and it was still too warm. Only two large drinking glasses, weird for a well stocked place Need to update their “welcome” book. Don’t think the information has been changed since 2006.

Great Stay

All was well. The property is a bit on the older side but everything was in order. We really enjoyed the ski in and out option and a great space to put the skis away. Kitchen was well stocked and we had all that we needed it throughout our stay.

Noone will answer you if you need help

As soon as we got to the property we found trash and pizza boxes piled outside our basement door and leftover food in the refrigerator and cabinets from the previous tenants. The wifi didnt work so we called and spoke with someone. She told us to restart the router and it didnt help. She then said she would send someone out and never did. I messaged again the next day and was once again told theyd send someone out but never did. So some of us had literally 0 service the entire time there because noone ever came and on day 3 they stopped answering and replying all together. Alot of the cooking utensils are ruined and need replacing and the cups and bowls were covered in grease along with the stove and wall behind the stove. Water and ice maker didnt work, there was board games but were missing all the pieces and there was even a tv in the basement with a dvd player but no remotes to control anything. Its safe to say the house is neglected and needs someone to go and replace some of the items that are damaged or outdated. The worst part for us was we ended up in a ditch and had to pay a tow truck to pull us out across from the property because we were trying to leave because we were obligated to leave by 10am but on Friday Feb 3rd it was -19 degrees and the roads were extremely icy but yet the sand and plow trucks didnt come until 1130 after we called and begged for help. Noone is maintaining this property sufficiently and us customers have to pay for the negligence

Great location for ski in ski out

The condo was just as advertised and photos are accurate. The kitchen had everything we needed and the space was very comfortable for 5 adults. One suggestion is to add a hair dryer to at least one of the bathrooms.

Wonderful place to stay.. Except one thing

Overall extremely satisfied. Exactly as described and the property gives you a very home away from home feeling. Everything is exactly as described. I just wish they had air-conditioning. They do provide you with multiple fans though to compensate. I had only one concern which was not helped by vicasa's property Management. The Wi-Fi went out on the 4th day of my stay. I contacted them and explained how important it is for it to be fixed. Cellular coverage is not great ( I have Verizon and the latest phone which is the GS21 Ultra) and one of my family member is completing her courses online. I was told a ticket was made and that somebody will contact me the current day. Being that it was 10:00 PM in the evening when the Wi-Fi went out. I did not receive a phone call the following day even after I contacted Vicasa. To make a long story short that was the end of my internet access until I left. Beside this wifi issue I would gladly stay again. To the owners of this property please coordinate with Vacasa in the event this happens to anyone who will stay at your property in the future. When I called and spoke with the representative from Vicasa she told me to reset the router. That didn't fix the issue and from there even the lady expressed how even she would have felt frustrated as well.

Excellent ski vacation!

We stayed in this rental in mid-December 2020. The condo was clean and so comfortable. We loved the gas fireplace and the comfortable couches. We didn't have enough snow to ski back to the condo although we loved how close we were. Beds were comfortable. The condo was quiet (although because of no snow and the pandemic I think the other condos were pretty empty). We'd DEFINITELY stay here again!

Easy access to skiing

We found this condo to be clean, spacious, and very well stocked. We appreciated the convenience of being able to ski in/out while also having access to the shuttle service. We would gladly stay here again!

Very good location and clean house. The house was strangely warm all the time even with the thermostats at 60F. We couldn't understand, HOW?.. We really couldn't control the heat in the house. Other than that, it was a great stay.

Fantastic location!

Our group had an amazing weekend staying at this condo. Ski in/ski out location on Grammy Jay was fun and convenient. The place was clean and we'll appointed, with plenty of space to spread out. Can't wait to come back!

Upon arrival we discovered the whole bottom floor of the unit was unusable. None of the lights were working, the TV was too out of date to be used with Jays cable system(IT tech came to check), and the heat would not turn on. We were very excited to have a second living area downstairs with an added bedroom. It would have been a great place to have children stay and have their own space. It was impossible to even shower in the downstairs bathroom because it was freezing as soon as you stepped out. No one could sleep down there because it was too dark, freezing, and not any entertainment. The upstairs bedrooms were comfortable with nice bedding, however, there seemed to be reminiscent pet hair stuck between the top comforter and sheets. Next time for a weekend trip, I will book directly though the resort and not a third party. It was very clear the homeowners did not check to make sure the unit was ready to be rented out.
