We have rented a villa every February for 10 years. This was our favorite one yet. We were a family of 12 adults including my 95 year old mother. Some people were very active-scuba, snorkeling, jogging, kayaking, paddle boarding- and some just lazed around the pool or beach. There was room for everyone to find a quiet spot. We had a fabulous time. The house was exactly as advertised. I asked about a cooler to take to the beach and the host dropped off her personal one the next morning.

Perfect Vacation Home!

Our family of 14 had the best week ever at this property! From the setting to the amenities - it was even better than I had hoped it would be! The house is accurately described. It is a quite large solidly built home. Older, but very high-quality decor with tons of seating - we really appreciated the huge dining table with 12 chairs. The beds were quite comfortable - plenty of linens and towels supplied. The amenities were amazing - from every appliance & tool needed in the kitchen, large capacity washer & dryer to tons of beach towels, pool toys, life jackets plus 5 kayaks & 2 boards. You truly don't need to bring anything except a bathing suit! The pool, though not large was the perfect size for our use and with the beach and bay as your back yard - it is all you need. The setting of the house is breathtaking - set with the best view of the bay leading out to the ocean. Going out in the kayaks at night to view the bio luminous bay is magical. There are jelly fish in the bay, but it is still perfect for kayaking and wading and to sit at its edge in the lounge chairs in the sand and just relax! Swimming and snorkeling is wonderful at either Rum Point or Starfish Point. There are two great restaurants within walking distance with good food and beautiful settings.I would highly recommend Cayman Villas - they were wonderful to work with and I would say if you are lucky enough to rent Treasure Cove, you will not be disappointed. We can't wait to return!

Family vacation New Year celebration.

The property is very nice. Plenty of room for 6 adults and 6 kids. The location is excellent close to restaurants and a small grocery store (Chisholm store). We ordered food from a large grocery store to be delivered when we arrived. During our stay we used chef Thomas for a full sit down dinner and two drop off days for meals. He was absolutely great. Would highly recommend him. A car is a must to get around in. Just to get to the property is a good ride. Taxis are too expensive and so is a private ride. Plus once you get to the property you will need to have transportation. Rented two vans from Marshals. They were the most reasonable. The pool is a bit small but the kids enjoyed it regardless. The beach is great for kids. Calm and quiet. Shallow but ok for some snorkeling, kayaking and swimming. One of the two Kyaks listed was not operable. It leaked. We did have a problem with no hot water. The manager had it addressed promptly however being over a weekend we were without hot water for a few days. This property is lovely and in a nice location. I would recommend it to a family that needs space and wishes to be away from the crowds and experience island life. Rick L - Wisconsin

Great Stay!

House was even better than listed and as shown in Pictures. The rum point side of the island is so much quieter and low key. The beach at the house was great as well, kids played in the sand and water for hours!

A lovely holiday

We all had a lovely stay at this property. It was a lovely quiet and secluded property. The Villa was described accurately. It was clean and tidy. There were some minor maintenance issues but these were all attended to when requested. Some spare sheets would have been helpful, and when we requested another sheet (because the washing machine had broken) it was never dropped off, despite the property manager saying she would. The machine did get fixed, however, so I am not sure what happened here. They allowed us to check in slightly early which was much appreciated. Overall a lovely holiday.

Amazing property on the bay!

Great house on bio bay! This property is awesome for a family vacation. Tons of space, privacy, and so many things to do nearby. The house is clean, the host is very responsive and our family had a blast!

Treasure Cove Getaway

Pictures do not do this property or the amazing views justice. We loved the house, the serenity of the bay, and the Cayman Kai neighborhood. There was room for all and our hosts had the comfort of our stay in mind with all the great amenities and extras. If you want a truly relaxing vacation with access to all of the outdoor adventures on the Island - this is the place to stay. We can't wait to return!

Everything we needed and more

The property was amazing. We had more than enough space for us all. Bio Bay is secluded for the most part and allowed us quiet mornings and evenings. Being able to walk out the back door in the evening and enjoy Bio Bay was amazing

Cayman vacation

The home is lovely. We had a few issues. We were told the front door would be open and the key left on the table. The doors were all locked and we had to turn on cellular data to call the property manager several times before she picked up and informed us that the key was under the front door mat. Additionally, the home is advertised as 2 king beds and 2 queen beds. In fact there is a double bed instead of a queen. This was not ideal for a couple used to sleeping in a larger bed. The dishwasher leaked and although I called management the issue was not addressed and so we repaired it . The TV in the master bedroom did not work and was apparently off line. The house is large and comfortable with plenty of towels and linens. It was cleaned well before our arrival and a pool worker came by mid week to clean it. The location is perfect. A 10 minute walk to the rum point beach or the Kai beach. If the rental was not insanely expensive the relatively minor problems would be ignored. But honestly, as this cost I expect perfect. Csyman is magical. I highly recommend a visit and with a few upgrades I would stay at this home again.

Fantastic House and Property

I would give it 4.5 stars if possible. The only reason it doesn’t get a 5 star is the pool is very, very small and the beach is it not very swimmable. It is fine to go up to your knees but past that there are a lot of jelly fish, etc. The house was immaculate and perfect for us.

A Perfect House and Perfect Location

The house was spectacular--what a great location, right on Bioluminescent Bay. We loved being in Rum Point, away from the cruise ship crowds. Judy, the manager, was attentive to the problem we were having with the dishwasher and a brand new dishwasher was installed the very next day. One recommendation is to stock the house with more bar soap and toilet paper. Also, it would be a good idea to mention in your description that the kayaks provided with the rental are two-person kayaks. Knowing that would have saved us money because we rented two additional kayaks. Overall we had a wonderful time!!!

The house was well equiped and nicely furnished. Our on small complaint was that the supply of toilet tissue was meager. We had only one extra roll. Ohter than that all was good.

We could not have asked for more in the Treasure Cove, it truly is a treasure! Our family of fourteen were very comfortable. We loved the pool and our own private beach. The house was immaculate and had everything we needed. We would highly recommend this property to anyone! Hope we can come back in the future!!

Loved everything about this house!!

Treasure Cove was perfect for our group of 7-- 3 couples and one single guy. We each had our own bedroom and bathroom and loved having access to a pool and the ocean right out the back door. We enjoyed using the paddleboard and kayaks in our private bay, especially at night to see the bioluminescence. The house is just minutes from Rum Point and Kaibo, but about 55 minutes from Seven Mile Beach. We stocked up on groceries and liquor in Georgetown after we flew in the first day, then enjoyed being on the quieter side of the island the rest of the time. We chartered a boat for four hours through Blue Haven to see the stingrays and to snorkle at two amazing sites! Thanks to our captain, Blair, for a great day! We also visited Crystal Caves near Rum Point and saw the blowholes on the North Side, but we ran out of time to snorkle at Spott's Beach and see the big turtles. All in all, it was an amazing week at an amazing villa!

Great House and Management

We recently returned from staying at Treasure Cove. There were 4 adults and 5 children in the group and the house had more than enough room. We could had enough room that another family could have easily joined us if we wished. The house appears to have been recently renovated and everything was done well. We loved the huge dining room table and especially liked having a table on the screened porch. We walked to both the Rum Point Club as well as the Kiabo Beach Club. The beach and the pool were great spots for our kids to play. The one aspect of the house that you should be sure fits your needs is the pool. It is a small pool. Our kids were young so it worked for us. We had three kids 4-6 and usually 2-3 adults in it and we were ok. We weren't swimming laps, but it was fine for play. However, if our kids were older or if we had more adults, it may not have been large enough. If that is a priority for you, just understand the size before you book. With only that one caveat, I highly recommend Treasure Cove. We loved the house and Cayman Villas was a great company to work with, both before and during our stay!

As good as it looks!

We stayed with our family at Treasure Cove for 5 nights! The house was extremely comfortable and well equipped. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was fully stocked, and the beach/backyard was beautiful, clean, and included two kayaks and a paddleboard. We had plenty of room and any questions we had were answered quickly by Judy, our house manager. We would definitely stay again!

Wonderful family getaway

This home is beautiful, with a large, open plan that easily and comfortably accommodated our family of 11. It is well furnished and beautifully decorated. In other words, it lives up to its pictures. There were plenty of nice lounge chairs outdoors, and the "backyard" is a sandy beach on a charming cove. This is not really a swimming beach (lots of jellyfish and sea grass), but it worked perfectly for paddle boarding and kayaking. The swimming pool is small, but it was plenty for our 5 grandchildren. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, glassware, pots/pans, etc. There is also a nice grill outdoors, so we cooked and ate at home quite often. There is also a nice laundry room which comes in very handy. It was nice to be located just a short distance from Rum Bay, which has a wonderful beach area--free lounge chairs and clear water. Our grandkids loved it--plenty of safe area for swimming and snorkeling, beach grill for lunch/snacks, and all the beach toys you would want, including jet skis. One of the best restaurants on the island is just down the street (Kaibo). There is a mini supermarket (Foster's) not far from the house, and a great Italian restaurant in the same plaza (Italian Kitchen). We have been to Cayman before (at 7 Mile Beach), and we enjoyed being away from the more touristy part of town. We rented a yacht with captain for a half day, which picked us up at Kaibo and took us to Stingray City, Starfish Point, etc. It was a great part of our trip and well worth the cost. Crystal Caves, which is new to Cayman, is also nearby. In other words, you will find plenty to do in addition to just chilling on the beach. We highly recommend this home and this location for larger groups or families.
