Would definitely stay here again. House is very clean and has everything you need. Kitchen is fully stocked for all your cooking needs. The view of the ocean was top notch and the pool was bigger than expected! It was nice having access to beach chairs, cooler, and floaties for the pool.

The view was amazing! And we loved our own "private" beach right off the pool deck on the quiet Northside . The communication with the property manager was excellent. We would definitely stay here again.

The house very nice, roomy and well maintained. The kitchen was well stocked. The only thing i wish i had known earlier was the easterly winds and the pool without a heater. Most pools do not have heaters in Cayman. But that was news to me. The water was so cool it could not be used.

The Pink Beach House was everything it says in it's description and more! Karen was a very good host from the very first day I inquired to the very last hour of our stay. The communication and helpful recommendations made things go very smoothly. I have used VRBO properties for over 10 years regularly and I give the Pink Beach House a 10 out of 10. Thank you Karen!

The Pink Beach House is a wonderful property and we found it to be exactly as advertised in the listing. The house was well furnished and comfortable. Bedrooms had lots of pillows and bathrooms included blow driers.Kitchen was stocked with everything you need, including a blender, coffee pot (drip and Keurig), toaster and plenty of cookware and dishes. I appreciated the collection of spices left from previous guests. There is also a cabinet with left behind bug spray and sunscreen. Plenty of beach towels were provided.The pool deck and view were gorgeous. We enjoyed many cups of coffee while watching and listening to the waves. We had high winds for a few days, which blew debris into the pool. I messaged the hostess and the pool guy was there within a few hours to give it a quick cleaning. Very nice pool loungers and the garage is jam packed with beach gear and water activities, including a SUP, beach cornhole, pool floaties, beach chairs, cooler, umbrellas, sand toys and tons of snorkel gear and swim shoes. It was truly a treasure trove! There are also 3 tandem kayaks.The garage has two washer/dryer sets and two grills. The sea is only 2-4 feet deep nearly all the way to the reef line, so it was great to snorkel around and see all the fish hanging out in the sea grass.Rum Point and Kaibo are only a few minutes away, with access to lots of activities.

The house was very clean and well stocked. There wasn't anything we needed that wasn't there. The location was quiet and we really enjoyed the pool and private beach. The ground keepers did an excellent job of keeping the beach clean of debris the ocean brought in. Karen was very responsive and quick to answer all of my questions. Thanks for the great vacation.

This was a wonderful place to stay if you are seeking refuge from the busy port-of-call and commercial side of the island. There were only private homes in our area of which only 1-2 were vacated at the time of our stay. It felt like we literally had the whole beach and ocean to ourselves. The home was as described and filled with all the necessities, plus more. We were particularly impressed with the amount of beach supplies, ranging from a plethora of snorkel gear, pool floats, paddle boards to three ocean kayaks. There are rocky places teeming with life in the ocean that were great for snorkeling! The kitchen was well stocked and there were plenty of towels for a large crew. Our only drawback, which I think was related to timing, was the condition of the beach upon our arrival. There was a significant amount of plastics/trash on shore. The host communicated this with us upon arrival and had a clean up crew at the house the next morning. I will share that this had nothing to do with the property management but unfortunately rather just the condition of the ocean still reeling from hurricane Melissa and the direction of the winds. We noticed it did improve throughout our stay. Overall, an absolute gem of a way to take in Grand Caymen in an “island time” kind of pace. Utilize the suggestions and visitor guide recommendations provided by the host-they were spot-on!!

The house was perfect for us. The house is laid out great and everything was there that we needed. The location was super. We love Rum Point beach and we always have to get a t-shirt at the gift store! We really enjoyed the pool. I'm a little under 5’ so the noodle was my friend!! I would highly recommend this house. You will love it.

Second amazing stay!

Such a great home to stay at. Location is very convenient to Rum Point, Kaibo and Starfish point. Home is equipped for cooking any meal you want. The hammock out back is a crowd pleaser. Just amazing!

A relaxing paradise

The Pink Beach House was perfect for our family of 4, and there was plenty of extra space. Everyone had a spot they could go to to read, chill, snorkel, cool off in the pool - pretty much had everything plus privacy. We were first timers to GC and weren’t sure if we should stay in Rum Point or 7MB, and finding this house was the deciding factor. We rented a car to get around the island, which we saw a lot of. If we had just stayed at 7MB resort, I know we wouldn’t have done as much as we did. Being so close to Rum Point Club and Kaibo made it easy to coordinate excursions from those marinas. The place was absolutely spotless and the snorkel gear was a great added value. Having access to a washer and dryer was great, too. Lots of beach towels and a spacious kitchen was amazing. This property is well kept and the host was very responsive to our questions. Be sure to bring your own toiletries and I suggest hitting up Fosters before coming out to the Northside. There is a smaller store nearby in case you don’t have room in your rental with your luggage, but if you plan on cooking a lot, go by fosters on the way out there for more variety. We didn’t cook a whole lot - just reheated food from restaurants, and had snacks and drinks on hand. My favorite thing to do here was come out before my family woke up and read my book with coffee right on the beach… no one around. If peace is what you want, this is it!

We just LOVED the Pink House! It was a beautiful, secluded beach and the house had everything we needed! The host was wonderful and responsive! The snorkeling right outside the house was perfect and they had so much equipment! Great A/C, hot water, kitchen stuff too cook with, just perfect !!! We had a wonderful time!

Heaven on Earth

This beautiful home is exactly what it promises and shows. The extra water shoes were super helpful for us. The reef to snorkel.is a short swim out. Karen was responsive from begining to ebd and we didnt want to leave!!

Peaceful getaway

Loved the quiet and private beach, hammock, and spectacular sunrises. Two local cats came to say hello every day on the porch, and were quite friendly. Very quick drive to Rum Point and Kaibo. Did find some trash (plastic mostly) on a public beach access point nearby that would float our way, and there is alot of seaweed growing in the water (bring swim shoes). The maintenance team did clean up the beach twice a week, which kept the sand clear. The property manager was responsive and helpful.

Relaxed and away from the bustle

Perfect location to relax and unwind. If you don't mind being far from the main activities (except Rum Point), this is an ideal location. Three bedrooms all with their own bathroom was the perfect layout for our family of 4. Fantastic views to wake up to. A pool on the deck steps from the ocean. Could not ask for more. Just be aware that it will take some driving to get to tourist hotspots and shops. But we knew this and prefer to be away from the crowds, so the location was fantastic for our spring getaway.

Pink Beach House

The house is as a shown. It has a great kitchen. Lots of cookware. The master bedroom is very nice, good bed. Bathroom is big. Nice pool and kayaks too.

Great Beachfront!

Very accommodating for 3 couples. Clean. Enjoyed the pool and especially the front porch when the North wind was strong. We also enjoyed the watered lawn and vegetation. Also used the kayaks. We like to be close to Rum Point and Starfish Point.
