Perfect paradise

This home was perfect in every respect. Its back yard is a largely private beach w lagoon where even a child can do simple snorkeling and see some amazing fish. A couple of gentle ducks visited us every day. Starfish point is just around the corner and is gorgeous. Chaters with Captain Eduardo were magical. His prices were very reasonable, knowledge of the area exceptional, and skill as a Captain for over 20 years made us feel totally safe even w a child. This amazing, gorgeous, home was immaculate, stocked, and the perfect home base for this excellent experience.

Perfect paradise escape

The villa was perfect for our family of 3. Well equipped and extremely clean. My husband super appreciated the stainless pans on the kitchen. Very quiet end of the island. The lagoon was calm and we loved the toys, kayaks and equipment. Everything was well maintained and great quality. Thank you!

Amazing

Spectacular location & immaculate house. Great porch for relaxing. Lots to do: kayaking in the bay, snorkeling & swimming at Rum point, snorkeling, sting ray city & fishing from Kai Bo. Playing in the pool. Walkable beach bar. Everything was really great, would love to go back ASAP. Have already told all of our friends & neighbors about it.

Amazing Villa

We stayed at the Seaside Dreams for one week and would give this property 5 stars. The villa came with 3 tandem kayaks and two bikes with helmets which we enjoyed daily and we took advantage of the free snorkel gear which we picked up from the welcome center. We have stayed at other rental properties before that did not have any items stocked in the unit, but this villa had everything we needed from extra toilet paper, paper towels, plenty of cleaners, hand soap, laundry detergent, beach towels, fully stocked kitchen with every utensil you can imagine. There was also some basic spices there for cooking and a Brita water filter which was a huge plus as it saved us from having to buy bottled water. We ordered groceries from Hurley's prior to our arrival and the groceries were already inside our condo when we arrived (cold items already in refrigerator!) Also the internet/wifi worked great from the condo (very quick.) The restaurants at Rum Point and Kaibo were very good and convenient. We dined one night at Kaibo Upstairs and did their 6 course meal with wine and rum pairing which did not disappoint! Amazing experience and service which we highly recommend, but was expensive. They also played great music there and we learned they have their own Spotify station called Kaibo Radio. which we streamed nightly from our villa. We rented a car as well which was a bit awkward at first (we are from the USA so everything was opposite - steering wheel and having to drive on the left

Quiet and beautiful

Just as advertised, lovely part of the island. Quiet and the people around the house were extremely friendly. Pool was great, we used the kayaks a lot and even the bikes! Snorkeling at nearby locations didn’t disappoint, we saw sea turtles, stingrays, fish and plenty of starfish. Will stay here again.

Tranquil & Beautiful

This villa is on an idyllic bay with beautiful view, quiet enjoyment, and all of the comforts of home. A modern, clean beach decor with all the amenities you could want or need. The kitchen is well stocked, beds are comfortable, plenty of linens, and good WiFi for our son to complete college assignments. We had an amazing stay and hope to return!

Great stay in Rum Pointe

Perfect property for two couples to get away and hang out. Just enough space for us. The staff was super helpful and everything happened just as we expected with grocery delivery and some extra paddle boards to enjoy while we were there. We went during the off season and it was very quiet which was perfect. Peaceful mornings on the bio bay and peaceful afternoons on the beach at Rum Pointe. The restaurant at Rum Pointe was good and we highly recommend Tukkas on the East End of the island.

Amazing place to stay !!

If you're looking for a place to stay in Rum Point or on the East End of the Island, away from the bursting life of Georgetown, look no further. This amazing Villa got everything you need, it's clean, well maintained, full of amenities, very relaxing and quiet at night and the beds are very comfy too. The bikes and kayaks are a big plus as we use them a lot. Property manager were there for us when we needed them. The swimming pool was great too as we had it almost for ourself cause we were in the low season. Me and my family had our best dream vacations ever at this Villa. Don't Hesitate to rent it, you will not be disappointed. -Thank you from Simon and the Vernerey family-

Great stay on bioluminecent bay

Awesome adventure with the kids! Lots of outdoor activities at your finfertips. Kids would wake up and hit the kayaks. Then we would go hold starfish at a beach 1 mile away. Nice new pavilion is being biolt at Rum point which you can walk to(200 yards from back porch). Keep in mind the whiter sand/tourqouis water is on the other side of the islands in the hotel district. It is an hour drive. This side of the island is much nicer and cooking some of our meals saved a LOT of $.

Tropical Oasis

Absolutely loved this property! So quiet and gave off the beach vibes we were looking for. It was just a short walk to the pool and Rum Point Beach. Great amenities were included like the kayaks and sand toys for our kids. The only two small issues we had were finding the house at night since we didn’t have reliable GPS and there weren’t any house lights on the signs. We had to drive around for a long time trying to find it! The other issue was finding the keys to get to the outside shed with the kayak paddles. After some snooping around we eventually found them. Super minor things. So happy we stayed here!

Great family vacation!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. It was clean, the kitchen was fully stocked. Location is great on the bay and walking distance to the ocean. Property manager was very helpful and responsive. Only downside was there were only 2 restaurants open on this side of the island.

Perfect Perfect Perfect

This property was amazing. We didn't realize we were traveling during the off season, so we were surprised to find ourselves quite alone in Rum Point. But we loved the privacy - had the Bioluminescent bay and the pool all to ourselves. And took advantage of morning trips to Starfish Point before the boats arrived. It was like having our own private beach. The property itself was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. Seems like they thought of everything including blankets to be cozy while watching TV. We loved the screened porch for morning coffee and afternoon naps. The kayaks included was a huge plus - we used them several times both during the day and at night. I can't say enough good things. Property management was extremely responsive both before and during our stay.. We will definitely look to come back.

Delightful family vacation

Seaside Dreams is a beautiful, modern, clean condo with all the conveniences of home. We made use of the kayaks on the lovely lagoon, and enjoyed the restaurants in the Rum Point/ North Side area. Silver Thatch is a great management company. Highly recommend them. Also recommend the charters for snorkeling and visiting the stingrays. Great experience! Be advised that you are a 45-50 minute drive from many tourist attractions, but you are also in a quiet, very local area that gives you a feel for the community and culture. Really enjoyed our trip.

We Loved Seaside Dreams

This property was great for our family of 4 (including children 9 and 5). Our kids enjoyed finding shells and crabs on the beach on the bay, the moonless bioluminescent kayak trips were such a wonder, and the closeness to Rum Point was great for our trip. The property was well equipped, clean, and as great as it looks in the pictures.

Excellent Townhouse, Relaxing Location

The townhouse was exactly as advertised- pictures are spot on. Beautiful modern decor, well furnished and appointed (inside - well stock kitchen and great linens and out- kayaks, bikegrill, chairs, and other other toys). The setting on a beach on the incredible bioluminescent bay. My kids spent hours playing on the sand or kayaking out at night to see the bioluminescence (truly remarkable). We have our own beach house back in the states, so our standards are very high. Seasides Dreams did not disappoint, We will definitely be back!

Wonderful Condo at Rum Point

We really enjoyed our week at Seaside Dreams -- Island House #20. This is a great condo that was perfect for our family of four. The condo is well appointed with nice appliances and the kitchen had everything we needed. It made for a very easy, comfortable stay. The location at Rum Point is a plus. We enjoyed being away from the more crowded parts of the island. Having said that, there is plenty to do in and around Rum Point. Overall, we had a great week and I would definitely recommend Seaside Dreams #20. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Fabulous condo in the perfect location!

We couldn’t have chosen a better spot for our family. We have been to Rum Point before and love that part of the Island. This condo has everything you need, and the bikes and kayaks were a huge plus. We had perfect conditions for the bioluminescence; paddling around the bay at night was magical! Plus being only a few steps from all the fun at Rum Point beach, made it very convenient. The condo was spotless when we arrived and the rental company was very easy to work with. Just be sure to stop at the grocery store when you arrive in Georgetown. We like Hurley’s. We will be back!
