Really enjoyed our stay here. Nice landscaping and an attractive unit as part of a multiplex. A quiet place for getting away from it all, but very close to the water.
This is a nicely-organized place with a bedroom and bathroom up a half-flight, and kitchen/dining/living area that's spacious. Out the back door, there's a lanai with table and chairs for lounging or having a meal (safe from mosquitoes - being next to the little cove off the north bay, there's a lot of mosquitoes, and they provided some mosquito repellent which you want to put on if you're going to be in the area for any length of time).
Kitchen has all the basics, and you have a lot of dinnerware. Baking might be a little challenge, but enough pots and pans to cook meals. Full-sized micro, fridge, oven/stove, garbage disposal sink, and a small but quite effective dishwasher.
A/C works great. There are automatic metal shutters on the back windows (from the LR and BR) - just push a button on the remote to close/open them as needed. Nice way to lock up and block out some light for nighttime. W/D worked great, too, so you don't have. to pack as many clothes for your trip!
They had a kayak for your use in the backyard (life vests and chairs in the lanai) and you could just drag it out to the shore off your backyard to launch. Across the street is Rum Point, a minute's walk to that beach which faces the northern reef of the island.
