Quiet, beautiful location

The unit beat our expectations. The kitchen was stocked with higher end pans and utensils, and the thought was put in to the different types of things you would cook. It was really nice to just be able to walk five minutes down the beach to Kabio and eat at the restaurant. We used the double kayak each morning exploring the area. There are more starfish out in front kayaking than there were at starfish point. You definitely need a car but after the second day, I was comfortable driving. There’s a water taxi that comes to that side of the island three times a day and takes you over to a shopping area by 7 mile Beach. I would definitely book this unit again.

Xmas stay

We originally planned stay @ Little Cayman but the property was damaged. Scrambled to find another place. The property management team here is beyond helpful. They made everything work for us. Truly relaxing and beautiful. The pool, wow! Snorkeling, WoW! Food, people, everything was excellent.

Beautiful Carribean Experience

Great location on Rum Point! Loved walking down to Kaibo for dinner, our last night we were there for the full moon celebration which was awesome. We were seated right on the beach among beautiful decorations and had an excellent dinner and dessert that was over the top delicious! Great way to end a perfect vacation. Pool is amazing! Saw so many starfish right in front of our condo. Love them such pretty colors and every one is different. Would love to visit again someday soon!

Pools of Kai 3

Great property… however, the name starts with “Pool” so don’t heat it before we get there and then turn it off when we arrive. Went from 90 degrees to 70 degrees and un-useable. When we finally got through to property manager, they wanted extra to heat back up?? Should be included… without exception. Our friends who stayed in #6 was heated! May keep us from staying here next year w larger group.

Wonderful and Romantic!

We loved our week in this quiet corner of Rum Point. The lanai was amazing with great sun during the day and a step away from the kitchen for drinks and snacks - and whenever we got too warm- the pool was a refreshing oasis - day or night. Swimming in the sound was very nice- no need to go to starfish point as there were many more to see just outside of our door! We enjoyed scooting to the Oasis restaurant at Rum Point for great food and service. While the quiet seclusion was just what we asked for it was a bit of a drag to have to drive 40 minutes to the other side of the sound for more activity- if the water taxi ran on a more regular basis this property would be perfect, but on the whole it was a great week and we would love to stay there again - highly recommend for a couple!

Great laid-back location on Grand Cayman

Pools of the Kai #3 is a terrific property. Good size, well appointed and spotlessly clean. The pictures do it justice. We enjoyed the pool (non-heated) and appreciated the utensils and cookware in the kitchen. Location is great. Away from the traffic and crowds of 7-mile beach, it's a great place to relax. The beach begins at the bottom of the back steps and the crystal-clear water is just 20 yards away. Easy 5-minute walk to the restaurants at Kaibo. Only a 3-minute drive to the beach/park at Starfish Point. We won't hesitate to stay here again on a return trip to Grand Cayman. Our only disappointment was the 5-day minimum on renting additional beach/water gear, in spite of the prices quoted per day.

Beautiful spot

Property was lovely and very comfortable. Beautiful area for walking. Boats were very fast and loud on the weekends, but nice and quiet through the week. A rental car was needed as you are a long way out. A few restaurants did deliver but nothing was open within walking distance.

Beautiful unit in the Caymans

Stayed here with my wife for 4 nights. Unit was exactly as advertised. Checkin was a breeze. Unit was well stocked and well maintained. Property manager was super responsive when a/c wasn't working upon arrival. Unit was fixed (new batteries in thermostat) in hardly any time. I would highly recommend this unit and rental company - first class all the way! The location, unit, view, and overall experience were all spectacular. We'll be back. One recommendation for visitors. There's a large Foster's super market that you drive by as you leave the airport. I would suggest stopping there as the grocery selection at the store nearest the unit was limited.
