This property exceeded our expectations from the moment we arrived. The views of the ocean are absolutely breathtaking. The outdoor space is stunning and perfectly set up for soaking it all in.The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location couldn't have been more perfect — close to everything while still feeling like a private paradise.Maria went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience, was very responsive any time we reached out, and made us feel like VIP guests from start to finish.We are already talking about coming back. My family of 5 truly enjoyed the time away!

Lovely cottage

Cottage was very well located, with a fantastic waterfront outlook. The external frontage of the property looked liked it had recently been done and was better than indicated in the photos.It looks like the perfect seaside residence and the external decor is very much in keeping with the age of the property.It is very spacious and there is plenty of local info provided. The owner was very easy to contact, though contact was rarely required.

Location for the win!!

The location of this property could not be any better! We basically had our own personal reef with excellent snorkeling right behind the house. The screened in porch/eating area was lovely and the back deck was awesome. The lounge chairs were really great for sitting out on the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Maria's home. Thank you Maria!

Trip of a lifetime!

Maria is the best host we have ever had at a rental! Her home is beautiful and in the most magical location. Gorgeous views from all rooms and a huge deck overlooking your own private beach. She welcomed us with a personal visit and showed us all around the property and even had a delicious gift waiting for us. Literally hundreds of conch shells within a short walk and other tiny shells with beautiful sea glass to collect. Tide pools with hermit crabs, sea anemone, sea urchin, and tiny fish are next to a sandy entry into the beautiful water. We snorkeled right out front and saw puffer fish, lobster, lion fish, and hundreds of brightly colored fish. Maria has some water shoes there which I definitely recommend and we used fins as well. There is a bit of a current so we used pool noodles that were provided for safety while snorkeling and a few days it was too windy to go out on the north side to snorkel so we just drove to cemetery beach on SMB to snorkel there in the calm waters. The wind kicked up some trash on the beach which we quickly scooped up into bags so it was not a big issue. The house is accurately represented in the pictures and is very well stocked. The grocery store within walking distance was small and expensive but definitely convenient! We had some potential flight issues coming home and Maria was so helpful and generous with her time and home. Very private, great location (need a rental car), and we will definitely be back! Thanks Maria!

Grand Cayman Part 1

Titled Grand Cayman Part 1 because we will definitely be back for Part 2! Our much anticipated trip was cut short by Hurricane Beryl. After landing and getting our vehicle we headed to the Sea Loft hosted by Maria. As we pulled into the driveway we fell in love with the property. We entered the home which was clean and very inviting. We grabbed our bags and got settled. Maria came by like she said she would to go over how things work in the house and to introduce herself. She was very warm, inviting and took great pride in her home & made us feel like family. She gave us excellent recommendations for food and places to see and left her number for anything had questions about. The first thing we did was grab our snorkel stuff and head out the back. Yes, it was really that simple we walked right out the back open air porch onto a beautiful deck, down the stairs and into the water. We weren’t far into the water before we were in the reef swimming with the fish... what a life. We relaxed in the deck, collected shells, watched beautiful sunsets and soaked in the sun. With Beryl approaching Maria called to check in, go over a plan on how to keep us safe & to bring over food, water & other supplies needed. Ultimately we got a flight to the states prior to Beryl’s impact. Maria’s communication was outstanding. She even text me to make sure we made it home safely. Even with our short stay we made memories & are so grateful for Maria’s warmth and hospitality. We will be back ❤️

Home away from home

Maria is awesome! House location cant be beat, roll out of bed and get your snorkel on! Quiet and peaceful, its in a great spot to see many attractions but be away from the commotion. We stayed 7 days and had dinner there about half the time. House is well stocked for just about any beach adventure you can think of. SOOO many shells to find. The screened porch and deck are great wish my house had them. Hopefully we can visit again someday. Cheers!

I've stayed at a ton of rentals, not only is this place great but Maria is awesome. The true test of a host is when an issue occurs. Maria took care of everything quickly and communicated throughout. If this listing is on your list grab it.

Awesome house, Awesome owner!

The villa is comfy. The view is fantastic. The owner/manager is outstanding. We have stayed in many Vrbo rentals. Maria was by far the greatest, most helpful manager/owner we have ever met. Regarding the villa--we had ample supply of towels and toiletries. The kitchen was great--plenty of pots and pans, (and we cooked a lot). One suggestion--a light over the stove would be helpful. Plenty of dishes, glasses,etc. Snorkeling off the beach in front of the house was easy. Enjoying a coffee or a drink on the porch or deck was relaxing and such fun. This is a taste of paradise.

Family Vacation

Our family had a wonderful stay at this property. We enjoyed eating out on the screened in porch and sipping coffee on the deck every morning. The kids loved playing in the sand and our family saw some beautiful fish snorkeling. Maria was such a lovely host. We are so grateful for the wonderful memories made on this family vacation!

Wonderful trip

This property was wonderful. There were 3 of us so we each had a bedroom. The location was off the beaten path, but that was our desire. It was quiet and we rarely saw others around our little bit of paradise.nThe house was great and had everything you would need and then some. The extras were super helpful, beach towels, water shoes, snorkel gear, etc. Pick this house and you will not go wrong. We will be back!

Great place
