We just returned from a wonderful week at Cayman breeze. The condo is fully stocked with comfortable furniture and Ken and Susan were the perfect hosts. The location on the North side still has that island feel, private and relaxing, but still close enough to great restaurants and fun activities. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Grand Cayman.

Well appointed second floor condo on the north side beachfront in a small quiet development. Comfortable beds and exceptionally clean. Very welcoming with a light on when we arrived after dark. Listen to the waves as you sit on the lanai with your morning coffee and plan your day. Use caution as the lanai tile floor can be slippery with salt spray when the louvers are open and the wind is up. All the tools needed in the kitchen to make a simple meal. Responsive hosts and excellent local management should you need anything. Nice touches include plentiful supply of beach towels, kitchen towels and cloth napkins and containers for leftovers as well as nice quality body wash, shampoo and conditioner. Love having a washer and dryer on site. Lounge chairs on site at the saltwater pool and on the beach yet no chairs to take away to explore other beaches so plan accordingly. If you want peace and quiet in a lovely condo, this is your place. We would definitely stay here again.

The owners were quick to answer all questions. The property manager addressed any issues we had very promptly and to our satisfaction. We really enjoyed the quiet location, North Side. We loved being right on the water and we enjoyed the swimming pool almost every day. It was very nice having a grocery store nearby. There were also many nice restaurants close by that we loved eating at. This property was perfect for us as it met all the criteria that we wanted for this trip. We did so many activities all day so our condo was a welcome relief at the end of the day. The bed was very comfortable to sleep in. We had a very wonderful time in Cayman and this condo was the perfect fit for us.

A wonderful experience!

We had the best time this past week in North Side. The property was clean, comfortable, easily accessible, and Ken and Susan communicated well and answered any questions that came up. The complex wasn’t crowded, and most days, we had the pool and beach to ourselves. You have to go out past the breakers to get to anything worth snorkeling, but if the surf isn’t bad, that’s not more than 100 yards or so. Thank you for providing us with a wonderful 20th anniversary week!

Beautiful stay

We had a wonderful trip with friends. This is our second time staying at this property and it was just as we remember it. The condo is just as it looks in the pictures. They put a lot of care into it. The kitchen is smaller and older but we don't cook much while we're there anyways. So its perfect for what we need. We love staying on the quieter side of the island and its not a long drive over to the other side. The snorkeling on Cayman is the best we've seen. The weather was picture perfect. We look forward to our next trip.

Perfection!

Nice location and comfortable stay

Overall the condo was a great setup for a family with 2 kids. The pool was perfect for some daytime fun and the property was safe and easy to navigate too. The host was quick to respond and also provided some great restaurant recommendations ahead of our stay. The only reason I didn’t rate this property a 5 was due to cleanliness. Like most vacation rentals, it’s in need of a deep clean but depending on your standards, it may be acceptable to many people.

Quiet escape at North Pointe

We enjoyed our stay at Cayman Breeze. The condo has all the basic amenities, comfortable beds, plenty of towels, and direct access to the beach. It's not a walking beach but beautiful to look at. From the condo you can only see the beach through screens and shutters, however, which took some getting used to. It was quite windy, and we spent the days swimming at Rum Point and Seven Mile. Easy check in and check out. Quiet area. Nice spot for our first visit to the island.

Magical & Relaxing Space

My family and I loved every second of our stay at Cayman Breeze. It was wonderful to avoid some of the crowds from Seven Mile Beach and really get to explore from a more secluded base. We’d be back in a heartbeat.

Great place for a getaway!

Cayman Breeze winter vacay

4 of us spent a wonderful week exploring both land and sea basing from Cayman Breeze, a 2nd floor condo on the road to Rum Point.Accomodations were clean and very comfortable - a small grocery/liquor store just up the road Heartily recommend to you! Hosts were very accommodating.

Calm and relaxing condo

Very nice and quiet area of the island! Only a few minutes drive from Rum Point and from groceries. The condo was well furnished and equipped. The pool was nice and clean. Since you're on the north side, it can get pretty windy! The beach was nice, but the ocean was pretty rocky and filled with weeds. We ended up going to Rum Point for all of our swimming

Excellent getaway spot

The best part about the property is that it is on the other side of the island and it’s not congested with cruise passengers when a lot of ships are in. There’s a lot of conveniences around the property. The pool was nice, the water was nice, but bring water shoes. The hosts were great and very communicative if you needed anything. Would recommend many times, however to all of my friends and family. So if you’re looking for a place to go, this is the best place!

What an amazing place

The condo is beautiful, so clean with everything you could want. It has its own private beach which was very clean. Being on the north side of the island there was a constant breeze, which was welcome in the heat. The check in was easy with a key code for entrance. The owners were extremely helpful with any queries. If you are disabled there are two flights of steps which may cause difficulty. The condo has a massive fridge and freezer so stock up as the nearest supermarket is about 30min drive. I would recommend this condo to my friends and family.
