We absolutely loved our stay. The location was perfect, close to rum point, star fish beach, crystal caves, and the bioluminescent bay. I would definitely stay here again. The only complaint I have is the bedding on the pull out couch was not clean. So my 9 year old had to sleep with us the first night, so I could wash bedding for her to use. Probably just something that the housekeeper missed, as we had no other issues.

We enjoyed our stay at the Cayman Breeze. Being on the North Side of the island was perfect for us since it provided peace and quiet yet the opportunity to adventure to the busier parts of the island. We had breakfast out on the lanai every morning and the view was beautiful!We enjoyed snorkeling right in front of the condo but as others have said it is not a walking beach since heading in either direction had garbage that washed up on shore. If that is the price you pay for seclusion and not being packed in on 7 mile beach that is ok with us although it did make us sad to see the pollution. We took 2 day trips to the 7 mile beach area and it was a lot busier. Cemetery Beach and Spotts Beach were our favorites for snorkeling. We drove to Starfish Point twice and saw many starfish by just wading in the water.The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed for preparing a meal. Other than salt and pepper plan to purchase any other spices, seasonings, or oil you need. I did appreciate that they had coffee filters.Others have commented on the beds being comfortable but they were a bit firm for our taste. Still was able to get a good nights sleep though. I only mention it since some folks really like memory foam beds.Didn't have any issues while staying at the condo so I can't comment on communication during our stay but the communication ahead of time was excellent and the hosts were quick to respond to any questions as I prepared for our journey.

We just returned from a wonderful week at Cayman breeze. The condo is fully stocked with comfortable furniture and Ken and Susan were the perfect hosts. The location on the North side still has that island feel, private and relaxing, but still close enough to great restaurants and fun activities. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Grand Cayman.

Well appointed second floor condo on the north side beachfront in a small quiet development. Comfortable beds and exceptionally clean. Very welcoming with a light on when we arrived after dark. Listen to the waves as you sit on the lanai with your morning coffee and plan your day. Use caution as the lanai tile floor can be slippery with salt spray when the louvers are open and the wind is up. All the tools needed in the kitchen to make a simple meal. Responsive hosts and excellent local management should you need anything. Nice touches include plentiful supply of beach towels, kitchen towels and cloth napkins and containers for leftovers as well as nice quality body wash, shampoo and conditioner. Love having a washer and dryer on site. Lounge chairs on site at the saltwater pool and on the beach yet no chairs to take away to explore other beaches so plan accordingly. If you want peace and quiet in a lovely condo, this is your place. We would definitely stay here again.

The owners were quick to answer all questions. The property manager addressed any issues we had very promptly and to our satisfaction. We really enjoyed the quiet location, North Side. We loved being right on the water and we enjoyed the swimming pool almost every day. It was very nice having a grocery store nearby. There were also many nice restaurants close by that we loved eating at. This property was perfect for us as it met all the criteria that we wanted for this trip. We did so many activities all day so our condo was a welcome relief at the end of the day. The bed was very comfortable to sleep in. We had a very wonderful time in Cayman and this condo was the perfect fit for us.

A wonderful experience!

We had the best time this past week in North Side. The property was clean, comfortable, easily accessible, and Ken and Susan communicated well and answered any questions that came up. The complex wasn’t crowded, and most days, we had the pool and beach to ourselves. You have to go out past the breakers to get to anything worth snorkeling, but if the surf isn’t bad, that’s not more than 100 yards or so. Thank you for providing us with a wonderful 20th anniversary week!

Beautiful stay

We had a wonderful trip with friends. This is our second time staying at this property and it was just as we remember it. The condo is just as it looks in the pictures. They put a lot of care into it. The kitchen is smaller and older but we don't cook much while we're there anyways. So its perfect for what we need. We love staying on the quieter side of the island and its not a long drive over to the other side. The snorkeling on Cayman is the best we've seen. The weather was picture perfect. We look forward to our next trip.

Perfection!

Exactly as described, Cayman breeze was exactly what we were looking for. Tucked in a quiet area with very little traffic, yet a very quick drive to hit local destination points.

Nice location and comfortable stay

Overall the condo was a great setup for a family with 2 kids. The pool was perfect for some daytime fun and the property was safe and easy to navigate too. The host was quick to respond and also provided some great restaurant recommendations ahead of our stay. The only reason I didn’t rate this property a 5 was due to cleanliness. Like most vacation rentals, it’s in need of a deep clean but depending on your standards, it may be acceptable to many people.

Quiet escape at North Pointe

We enjoyed our stay at Cayman Breeze. The condo has all the basic amenities, comfortable beds, plenty of towels, and direct access to the beach. It's not a walking beach but beautiful to look at. From the condo you can only see the beach through screens and shutters, however, which took some getting used to. It was quite windy, and we spent the days swimming at Rum Point and Seven Mile. Easy check in and check out. Quiet area. Nice spot for our first visit to the island.

Magical & Relaxing Space

My family and I loved every second of our stay at Cayman Breeze. It was wonderful to avoid some of the crowds from Seven Mile Beach and really get to explore from a more secluded base. We’d be back in a heartbeat.

Great place for a getaway!

We enjoyed our stay verymuch--was close to Rum Point and had everything we needed. Enjoyed snorkeling from shore and swimming in the pool-- very peaceful and relaxing location. Owner was very kind and responsive to questions/needs.Couldnt recommend more, thanks!!!
