Our Family vacation. We had a wonderful time and it was the perfect house for our family. We had 29 people, 15 adults and 14 kids from 5 months to 12 years old. There was something for everyone. The kids always love the pool but the game rooms and movie room also hit the spot. The house was very clean and we are pretty fussy when it comes to that. The host was super accommodating throughout our booking process etc. Of course the North side is the windy side but we were able to snorkel etc. We had a great time and would definitely recommend to large groups.

It was a great experience. Beach area could have been better and outdoor lounges and furniture were in bad shape. Old broken and dated. Mattresses allNeeded to be replaced. Snorkeling equipment was in one big pile and not well kept. Kayaks were in mostly unusable, broken, missing seat backs and foot holds. Location was good and house had pleanty of space.

This was a 70th birthday with our kids and grandkids. 8 adults and 7 children (3-10).We loved the house. Game room, movie theater, kitchen and 4 washer and dryer’s were the bomb!Cleaning staff was incredible. We did pay extra for them to come mid week and it was totally worth it. Just had a partial clean.Off the beach is incredible snorkeling. Kids and grandchildren spent hours in the water.It’s not a sandy, swim able beach but we went to Rum Point (a 10 minute drive) for that.Food at Rum Point for lunch and dinner was excellent.It was truly a memorable week!

Coral Vista was beautiful, and the pictures and descriptions were spot-on accurate of the house. We had 13 in total and could have fit many more. We loved the beach, used the kayaks provided at the house, and lived in the infinity pool. Amenities of the house were wonderful. The house recommended a chef who we used for a private dinner - he knew the kitchen, was able to prepare quickly, and the food was fabulous. The house is located on the island's North Side, which is a little quieter, away from the bustle of Georgetown and Seven Mile Beach, but that was a plus. We were 10 minutes from Rum Point, and close enough to local restaurants that were wonderful. Would love to come back again!

The home is beautiful. Could have used more toiletries. The showers could have had hotter water. Loved having so many washers. Used often. Beds very comfortable. Nice being next to Chisholm's. So peaceful being right on water. We enjoyed kayaking, but the kayaks weren't entirely suitable for the rougher water. Everyone enjoyed themselves.

The home was beautiful, clean and very suitable for families and small children. The property managers were fabulous, and made everything a breeze. The views were spectacular and the game room came in handy on rainy afternoons. Most notable, they answered any question I had within minutes and made excellent recommendations, including the chef we used, Gourmet Greg!

Great Family Fun

Coral Vista is a wonderful home for a large family vacation. We were a 3 generation family of 15 ranging in ages from 22 to 79. The house is beautiful. We loved the arrangement of the bedrooms on both the 1st and 2nd floors opening up to the livingroom and kitchen area so we were all always together. The living area is so large that we were never crowded. There is so much to do in the house: games, tv, pool table. Everything you could want is in the house: 4 washers and dryers, 2 refridgerators, 2 ovens, 2 dishwashers, a coffee station, a microwave, sink, and garbage disposal. Plus the house has soaps and shampoos, toilet paper, laundry detergent, and dryer sheets. Outside, the pool is the best ever! We spent so much time in the water, either using the many pool toys provided or relaxing along the infinity wall listening to the ocean waves. We loved the kayaks and the snorkels. Everything you need is provided. We enjoyed a nighttime bonfire by the ocean using the provided firepit. Early risers would relax, read, and enjoy the breeze under the structure next to the pool. Some of us would tan on top of that structure. The large outdoor grill is perfect for cooking a meal for everyone. So much seating is provided around the pool either in the sun or the shade whichever you choose. Rum Point and Kaibo are only 10 minutes away and great for beaches and eating out. Seven Mile Beach is beautiful and only a 40 minute drive. This is the best vacation home we have ever stayed in!

BEST HOUSE EVER!

We have stayed in houses all around the world, and Coral Vista is the best house ever! The pool was tremendous, as was the arcade and movie room. The beds were comfortable, and the owner thought of everything, including air freshener in the bathrooms. Everything was perfect!

Not sure where to start. It was amazing. The beach out front, hermit crabs for kids to play with, an endless pool, basically a laundromat with 4 washers and dryers! The two dishwashers and 2 large indoor trash receptacles in kitchen made taking out garbage so much easier with all the cooking being done for 11 people. Theatre room was used everyday. Neighbors nice. Enough parking out front. Well taken care of. Pizza oven out by grill did not work well.

Fantastic vacation!

This house is amazing! Every detail was thought of. The house is fully equipped with everything you will need. There is a fosters about 45 minutes away for the majority of your groceries but Chisholm is about a 5 minute walk and has the essentials. The 4 sets of washers was very convenient. Game room was a hit and Mario cart in the movie room was fun for all. Every night we had a pool tournament and loved having the refrigerator in that room for drinks. Ice machine is amazing, can’t wait to go back!

Friends trip

The house was very well set-up. The double dish washers and fridges were great. Ou only complaint was the pool was too cold. A pool heater should be added for a house of this caliber. I'm sure you would only need it during February/March. Other than that it was great (Hot tub would be nice too)

Family Fun

The house was perfect for my family. We had 15 people and we had plenty of room. The movie room and arcade was great for our teens and young adults. Communication was quick and helpful. We all loved our time there and want to come back. We made awesome family memories.

Great Property

They had everything we needed. Pool toys, sand toys, beach towels, laundry detergent, paper towels… Beds were very comfortable. Rooms are separate enough that everyone still had a quiet space to go to if they needed a break from family. Super close to Rum Point beach. Overall great experience.

House is great but location is remote

The house is very nice and offers lots in regards to games, movie theater, ping pong, etc. but it is not easy to get a taxi/cab and it is not near any restaurants or shopping.

Perfect for Large Families

This house has so much space for large groups! We visited with our adult children, daughters and son in law, grandchildren, and my mother in law. Everyone had their own bedroom and en suite bathroom. They even had a fully stocked nursery, another room with a crib, and toys for our grandchildren. The kitchen space is exceptional and stocked with anything you may need for cooking large family meals, including 2 dishwashers. Beautiful views of the ocean can be enjoyed from throughout this home. We had so much fun using all of the amenities this home had to offer: The pool, the beach,snorkeling, kayaking, billiards, family movie night in the theater room, and friendly competition in the game room. They had four washers and dryers which made laundry a breeze. Life jackets in every size, swim shoes, snorkeling gear, pool floats, sand toys and plenty of beach towels were all provided. They truly have thought of everything!

Amazing property!

Fantastic property that easily accommodated our party of 9. Amenities and views are exactly as described and shown in the listing. The house has FOUR washers and dryers! It was great for doing a mid-week wash, washing pool towels, etc. They included everything to make s’mores around the beach fire pit, which was awesome. We had a great time and plan to rent this property again for our next trip to Grand Cayman!
